Delivery from The Netherlands was quite quick and I received plenty of updates in the progress.
My hair is thick, wavy and low porosity. Although I liked the scent, the Style and Define Foam didn't provide much definition or hold beyond the first day.
I might consider trying other products in the range if there was a sale on, but won't be rushing to purchase at full price. Mini sizes would be helpful for a more cost effective way of finding out what suits.

Using Curly Secret is playing it safe. When I want beautiful definition without too much effort, that's my choice. I like how easily it defines my hair, how gentle the products are, and my favorite part is the scent.

I tried to use the international free shipping, but even when meeting the required amount when checking out it was never enable. So I just reduce the products since anyway I was not getting the discount when meeting the required amount

This product is amazing, I tell everyone who will listen with curly hair that they have to try it and I send them the link. I have a few people that have switched and they are amazed by how great their curls are responding and even how great their scalp feels since using this. Here in the US we will have a great product that will go viral and then a big US company comes in an buys it, changes the formula to make it cheaper and then its trash. I am so happy that I found you on TikTok when I did a few years ago. Will always be a loyal customer.

I have been following the Curly Secret website and Instagram page for a while. I was impressed with the pictures that were shown. This summer, I decided to buy several products and change my hair routine hoping that my curls will look better and have more definition. I followed the advice of the hair quiz from the Curly Secret website and ordered almost all products that were recommended. I used them according to the instructions and the results were not as expected. My hair was extremely soft (to the point of having no structure), the curls lacked definition and in less than 24h after the wash you could see they were almost gone.
I emailed the company to flag this and request a refund. I was told a refund is not possible since the products were used but they can help in determening a routine for me. I sent back pictures of the hair and the routine I used that led to these results since they said the protein in the product might be the issue for me. However, their quiz test showed mosly products with protein for the issue that I selected.
Nonetheless, after almost one month, I got no reply or further feedback.
I even tried to use one product at a time (e.g. the curling gel without protein) and the results were the same. No curl definition and puffy hair.
I am extremely dissapointed in the products and the service. Will definitely not buy again from here.
