Very easy to work with, website appears to be flawless and user friendly. My standing orders are always delivered well packaged and in a timely manner. I believe the prices are slightly high as compared to the Big Box retailers, but not having to remember to go and get a replacement versus the slight increase in prices makes it all worthwhile. I benefit immensely by having home delivery versus retail shopping in a brick and motor.
