More than 5 star

Absolutely brilliant service from Second City Blinds in Birmingham. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Kash was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect.
The measurements were spot on, communication was excellent throughout, and the fitting was completed exactly when promised. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such a smooth and stress-free experience these days.
The blinds look fantastic and the quality is excellent. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Second City Blinds to anyone looking for reliable service and top-quality blinds.

Kash is a top bloke

Kash is a top bloke. Came out as soon as I called him. Has worked on 3 of our properties before. Not just good quality blinds but amazing customer service and after care. Will continue to use them fkr years to come.

​The surveyor who came out to measure was incredibly knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect style and fabric for my home without being pushy. The turnaround time was much faster than I anticipated, and the quality of the blinds is top-tier—they feel sturdy, look modern, and fit my windows perfectly.
​The installer was professional, tidy, and took the time to make sure everything was functioning exactly as it should before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that balances great prices with such high-quality craftsmanship.
