I've ordered from them a few times now and every experience has been great. This time I got the Performance Collection jacket and joggers, and I really love them. They're super comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for everyday wear. I'm genuinely very happy with this purchase, it's easily one of my favourites so far.

I've been following this brand for a long time and always check out their new collections. I've always liked their suits, so my girlfriend surprised me with one for our civil wedding. It honestly made the day even more special. The suit fit really well, looked great, and I felt amazing wearing it. I'll definitely be ordering again.

I requested fast shipping because I was worried it might not arrive on time. I had to pay a bit extra for it, but honestly it was worth it. I just didn’t want the stress of finding a suit at the last minute. You guys did a really great job. Thank you so much!

I received my suit yesterday, and everything arrived in perfect condition. A big thank you to Tom for helping me choose the right fit and adjusting the sleeve length exactly as requested.The quality, texture, and comfort are outstanding. I'd had this suit in my cart for months, and I'm so glad I finally ordered it. It was the perfect choice for such a special occasion.

I was a bit unsure at first since I hadn’t ordered from this company before, but I’m really happy I gave it a chance. The suit fit perfectly, the quality felt great, and it was very comfortable to wear. I even got several compliments and people asking where I bought it. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be ordering again.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a prom suit on May 20 and was promised shipping within 10–12 business days. Weeks later, the order was still sitting in “processing” with no proactive communication from the company. My son’s prom is this week, and we have been left scrambling because the company failed to deliver on its advertised timeline.

The only updates I received came after I repeatedly contacted customer service. After missing their original shipping window, I was told the suit would be sent directly from Europe to avoid further delays. This should have been communicated much sooner.

When customers spend over $1,000 on a time-sensitive purchase like a prom suit, they expect the company to honor its commitments. The lack of transparency, missed deadlines, and poor communication have made this a very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering for a special event to have a backup plan, as delivery estimates do not appear to be reliable.

Every time I've tried to purchase from this company it has been a massive disappointment. Whether it's getting my measurements completely wrong and then refusing to accept a return, whether it's taking far too long to ship a product, or whether it's the mean-spirited and unusual responses from their customer care team.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Stick with other companies for your flashy suits.

I ordered two shirts, and I didn't receive them for several months. Luckily, I had the time before I needed to use them. In the meantime, it was frustrating to email the company and not get a clear response about when my shirts would be delivered. The quality of the shirts is amazing, but the ordering and delivery process was challenging. I would rather not order from this company again.

You sent me the wrong size shirt and I left messages that got me nowhere.

My order was late by 6 months.

To the answer below. You want me to show receipts? You send part of the order in a month then the rest was drip fed for months , culminating in a 6 month wait for 2 shirts.

I ordered a jacket on December 9, 2025. As of today's date, I still do not have so much as a shipping confirmation. Many attempts were made to resolve this matter. In late January, I was told I would have the product by the end of February if I would agree to wait that long. I agreed. March 3, still no shipping and a promise to get back to me. March 12 I followed up and was told it would be discussed with the team. Still no shipment, still no response. This just covers the poor service.

As for the quality of the clothing, I have bought from them in the past. The quality is decent, but a far cry from what you are paying. They charge Armani prices for Alfani quality.

When I asked about a refund, they said store credit. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if needed. I will never do business with this company again.

I love that Sebastian Cruz Couture uses eco-friendly materials while maintaining luxury standards. It’s refreshing to see a brand combining sustainability, elegance, and impeccable quality in one collection. Truly a brand with purpose.

I bought a suit Jan 18 , 2026 and it’s now Feb 27 , 2026 no suit they say they don’t do refunds just store credit a rip off company if you messed my order up I ask for refund ! Why would you think I would pay you more money for a suit . Stay away they are thieves!!!!!!!!!

The fabric exceeded my expectations and feels much more elevated than what you typically find online. I also appreciated the flexible payment option as splitting my payment made the purchase easier to commit to.
