The company was very efficient and very quick to respond and get my car picked up as quickly as possible. The customer service was great

It started great with excellent respect and communication. Then it dragged for more than a day that the offer might increase. So, I delayed other options. I had to re-ask what the new offer will be, and I was told nothing had changed. If it's not going to change, just let me know. Please don't make me ask if the deal is dead on your end.

Really professional company. They gave me a time period when they would be to house. They didn’t make it in that time slot, but once I called and asked when they were coming. Truck was outside my house within 15 min of that call. Just a very diligent and on point company. I would recommend to any one.

The driver you all sent to pick up my Tahoe was excellent. Jose was courteous and professional. He held a conversation as he worked which is what I look in customer service. The only thing was, I was quoted $400 and my envelope only had $382. But I'm not gonna cry over $18 I just thought I'd mention it.

Somehow they had given me a price on a different VIN number than what I gave them. The offer when we were just getting ready to complete it went from 1500 to 500. Wasted a lot of time with these guys and I would not recommend them to anybody

Contacted them via online they contacted me gave me a quote I accepted it they gave me the restrictions and terms I said okay accepted them when I got a call from the local U-Pull-It location it wasn't the right price it wasn't the what they say wasnt what they meant to saysame number it wasn't the same terms etc etc
