Clearly a scam company not willing to forfill their warranty duties.

Sea Auto Robot Pool…
I purchased the Sea Auto Robot Pool Cleaner for $455. At first, it looked great, but it only worked for one hour before breaking down. I immediately packed it back in the box and planned to return it the next day.
Since then, I have spent over a month trying to get in touch with customer service. When I do reach them, they claim they will “escalate it” and that the maintenance department will contact me—but nothing gets resolved. Instead, they keep asking me to send videos and suggest sending replacement parts, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product that failed within an hour.
Now, two months later, pool season is over, and I still don’t have a refund. I’ve been asking repeatedly just to get the return address and refund instructions, but the company continues to delay. It appears I may lose my money altogether.
This has been a terrible experience. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I would give a minus zero Stars if I could. This is the absolute worst company to contact and get a response if you want to make a return. After a month of constant emails and phone calls I give up and just say buyer beware.

Terrible service, won't honor warranty and no parts available for repair. Drive motor failed after 14 months and company won't honor their 2 year warranty. Nothing but BS excuses.

BUYER’S BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SEAUTO PRODUCTS.
I purchased a wireless pool vacuum (Seauto Seal) from Walmart, an authorized dealer for Seauto Robots. The robot is covered by a 2-year (24 month) manufacturer warranty from date of purchase, expressly stated in the robot user manual. My Seauto Seal began going in circles, one side tracks not moving. I contacted Seauto support. They requested proof of purchased and a video of the machine not functioning properly. I provided all they requested. Initially, they emailed me back having me reset the machine and update the firmware. After resetting, the machine would no longer connect to the app. I advised them of this, and they sent me another email asking me to dissemble the machine to assess the problem. I emailed them back stating that I would not disassemble the machine as it violated the warranty terms, and because it is not the customers responsibility to perform warranty repairs.
Seauto has now refused to honor their warranty responding with the following email: "Hello, first of all, the warranty period of your machine has expired. Since the machine was purchased in 2023 and it is now 2025, the warranty period has passed. Additionally, your machine was not purchased from our store, so we cannot provide you with a refund or replace the machine. It is recommended that you contact the purchasing channel as soon as possible for after-sales service."
I have provided the company with the receipt from purchase showing it is within 24 months. There is nothing stated in their warranty requiring the product be purchased directly through their store. This company deals in Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices, denying warranty claims in bad faith. I have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. After exhausting those channels, if the issue is still unresolved, I will file a small claims action against the company for breach of warranty.
I strongly encourage anyone in the market for a pool vacuum to stay clear of Seauto. The machines do not last, and the warranty is a lie. There is no warranty, they will not honor it. This company, their products, and their warranty are nothing more than a scam!
Warranty doesn't exist
Warranty doesn't exist. Strung me along for 3 months promising a replacement cleaner. Finally said they wouldn't post to Australia even though it was delivered from a supplier here.
Horrible Company, Customer Service and Product
In good faith I cannot recommend you purchasing products from Seauto. I purchased the Seauto SE Robotic Pool Vacuum, and it broke down after 3 months. After having to send proof of purchase AND video to show the problem they issued a refurbished unit instead of a refund. There was a 24 warranty which they would not honor. The 2nd unit broken down after only two seasons and again would not honor their warranty. I again sent them proof of purchase and a video. In a reply email they tried to BRIBE me with a 20% refund to go away. I'm entitled to a FULL refund under the manuals written 24-month warranty. I refused it. They're claiming it was a printing error. To this day it still says 24-month warranty. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!! Seeing i was dealing with a dishonest company I counter offered with a 50% refund. This way I would get at least half my money back and I could just get rid of the problem. Since then, they have gone silent. No return of emails or phone calls. They DO NOT back what's written in their manuals nor will they communicate with you. Don't be fooled by some positive reviews. You will get a piece of junk and will have no course to get the product replaced or your money back. Horrible company!!!

I have talked to or email Seauto for the past year. I have over 100 emails. They show a pattern of Seauto consistently delaying sending me a replacement for my defective robot. They have made several promised to send me a replacement, then renege for some reason.
One key thing to understand, Seauto sells their pool robot cleaners directly and to Woot (which is like their distributor). Woot is listed as the supplier when you order via Amazon. However, AMAZON OWNS WOOT!
During the course of this past year, each firm denies they can do anything and that I should contact the seller. Nothing but delays!

After calling this company out for lying about the length of my warranty and them not honoring their warranty, Seautorobots admitted the Seal pool cleaner I bought from them was still within warranty--11 months left--and the product was in fact nonoperational. However, since it was an older model cleaner which they had replaced, and they did not have anymore in stock to provide me as a replacement, they low-balled me and offered me a mere 20% refund--for a pool cleaner which had 11 (out of 24) months of warranty remaining. This is unsatisfactory as the company could simply replace my pool cleaner with their newer model pool cleaner. Unfortunately, doing so would be honorable, which this company is NOT; they are fraudulent and I highly recommend all prospective customers to stand clear, so you too do not get cheated by Seautorobots like I did.
SEAUTO IS TRASH!
I’ve had their pool robot for 18 months when it suddenly stopped working. It won’t charge or turn on. I bought the extended warranty, in addition to their two year warranty. The phone number for customer support just cuts off after a 30 second wait time. I’ve sent 5 messages to them and no response. Amazon needs to delete this company from their sales. Next stop is to file a complaint with Amazon. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS JUNK!

I worked for 2 months out of the 12 I owned it. No one will help me fix it or replace it. I have contacted Amazon, the credit card company, and the manufacturer 100 times. It just blinks and will not go, draining the battery. I paid around $450 for junk. I just ordered a different brand, and hopefully, I do not have the same issues.

WARNING DO NOT BUY!
I bought the Shark model on Amazon. It shorted out within 1 week. Seauto sent a replacement a month later. Used it less than 12 times the next season and it quit working, too. This time is something with the left motor. They no longer have the Shark model. I've been back and forth with them for 6 months. They tried to get me to take a cheaper version with no partial refund. I said no. Ever since then I have had the same chat over and over again with no resolution. They don't answer the phone so only option is online chat and they are very slow to respond.

Worked great for a while but conked out completely before warranty was up. Customer service has been AWFUL ... they told Better Business Bureau they would issue us a refund, but I have been contacting them for 4 months now trying to actually get that refund. It takes them 3 weeks to respond to any email, and it's never to fulfill their promise of a refund.
