Shocking Company, noy Uk as it says.
Like most would have given zero if I could. Shocking company using a bot for customer service. Ordered but did not get a delivery date so looked on Trust Pilot and saw 600 negative reviews so immediately cancelled my order and only then recieved notification of shipment. refused to accept the order from Post office ( which Dewitt said I could do) but as yet nearly 2 months on still not received a refund. Do not go near this company.

Horrible attitude and care for the…
Horrible attitude and care for the customers. Bought a dehumidifier. Waited for too long and at the end it was not delivered and not all money paid was reimbursed at the end. Avoid at any cost. There are way too many and way much better companies to deal with

Good product. Arrived in 13 days from ordering. Prompt email updates received with accurate tracking of delivery however this went to my junk box and all these reviews made me think I had been scammed! I am happy I have received the item and it’s a good product.

WARNING AVOID Ordered a month ago and have not received my order. I tried to cancel 30 minutes after ordering to head back they it had been shipped . This was a month ago and I have not received anything. All e mails ignored . Don’t deal with this company

do not buy the time it takes to long…
do not buy the time it takes to long to get to uk .it is pathetic. tried to cancel but as said in previous reviews they would not let you. waste of my hard earned money .they blocked me from e mails how big of them DONT PURCHASE AS THEY COME FROM CHINA ON A SLOW BOAT.Just tried to empty it you can't get all the water out you have to tip it upside down and shake it NOT GOOD AT ALL

Dewitt Pro 5 weed barrier. Weeds come through. Laid 10,000 sq ft. And put 42 ton of stone on it. And weeds coming through barrier. Called Dewitt. Was told. Yes weeds will make their way through. So you will needs to spray and pull weeds with Dewitt products. Buyer be ware. Dewitt products are not as advertised.
