I would never use them again for anything.
I would never use them again to purchase tickets. They take it upon themselves to charge your credit card for ADDITIONAL tickets you didn't authorize....and will not refund your money under any circumstances. Thank goodness the charge got DECLINED. And their customer service is AI bots.

The worst experience I have ever had
The worst experience I have ever had. I've been to plenty of concerts and bought tickets from all kinds of places, but SeatGeek is by far the worst one I've ever used. My tickets never arrived after I paid, the customer service was the most horrible I've ever dealt with, and the whole situation was a complete disaster.
This was for the Don Toliver concert in San Antonio, and instead of enjoying the night, l spent hours stressing, refreshing my email, and trying to get help from a support team that clearly didn't care. They kept giving me copy-and-paste answers, no real solutions, and zero urgency. By the time the concert started, l still had nothing. No tickets. No refund. No help.
This ruined the entire experience. I will never use SeatGeek again, ar vouldn't recommend
it to anyone. Absolute S**t place for reliability.
I bought 3 World Cup tickets
I bought 3 World Cup tickets for me and my kids. It was their dream to watch the game. We drove from Edmonton to Vancouver and back — 24 hours total. We spent so much money, but we didn’t receive the tickets. The game was Saturday evening at 9 pm.
Today is Monday and they’re still telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours. They didn’t just take our money, they crushed my kids’ dreams.
They are definitely scammers.
Please don’t buy anything from them.
Got scammed
Got scammed. Seller was able to somehow make it look like I was receiving tickets in the stands at a small college baseball stadium (for the Super Regional playoffs for the College World Series) I paid $98/ticket for 6 tickets. The tickets I received were for the outfield, general admission only area; bleachers or bring your chair area; $15/ticket at the most. I had to work very diligently and stay on hold forever and make multiple calls. They could not get the tickets sent to me so we missed the event in the capacity we hoped to experience and only offered 50% refund and then later after explaining more along with more holds etc they offered a $20 promo code for my next purchase. Won't need it. Won't use them again. The integrity of their sellers is compromised so be aware.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
Tried for 2 days to download tickets from Vivid seat and then from Seat Geek after 1hr 39 mins on to their agent in Florida they inform us that there was Fraudulent activity between Vivid seats and seat geek and that they could not help we would have to go back to Vivid seats. They than blamed seat geek.
So $400 dollars down and a special anniversary present to watch Ed Sherman in Phoenix AZ after travelling from United Kingdom.
According to Seat geek there is Fraud between seat geek and Vivid seats and not one of them want to take responsibility and just leaving us with nothing.
Absolutely disgusting.
We paid for hotels and parking and cannot find any more tickets for sale.
This is disgraceful behaviour from 2 allegedly trust worthy companies.
Be very very careful either one of them
Is lying or they are acting and committing fraudulent transactions according to seat geek agent based in Florida.
So thank you seat geek for absolutely destroying our dream trip.
Disgusting, disgraceful behaviour from you.
I would have given zero stars if the option was available.
Please people think twice about that special concert and your money.
Do not use either company.
Can’t trust them
The seat geek agent said that there

My 17-year-old daughter out the money
My 17-year-old daughter used her own money to buy tickets to a Tyler Childers concert scheduled for June 11th at Hershey Park. The day before the show, it was suddenly rescheduled to August 14th.We already have a family vacation planned during that time, so she’s now unable to attend and is simply out the money. That’s a tough lesson for a kid who worked hard to afford those tickets. While I understand rescheduling happens, moving an event two months out with no meaningful solution for customers who can’t make the new date feels completely unfair. The responsibility shouldn’t fall entirely on the buyer.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be using SeatGeek moving forward.

Great for finding seat options with fees included.
Seatgeek has always been great. Their tickets prices are low, fees are included, and their selection is huge.
I have enjoyed using SeatGeek
I have enjoyed using SeatGeek. I haven’t had any issues. I have gone to several concerts and a few nba basketball games utilizing SeatGeek. The seat selections have been great and true to description, the checkout process has been seamless and I have not had any issues at the venue with regards to my ticket. Additionally, a show was cancelled and the process and service provided for my credit was handled well. Kudos to SeatGeek!
The eagles it was awesome!
They cheat when they list tickets for sale.
They show you a seat in the middle—I spoke to SeatGeek Team and they told me the ticket would be in that area—but when I actually get the ticket, it’s way off to the side; I feel cheated. Next time, I’ll buy from someone else.

The purchase was quick and easy
The purchase was quick and easy. The seats were in a perfect location and reasonably priced.
SeatGeek is horrible
SeatGeek is horrible. I requested pit pass tickets for Tx and somehow, maybe a miss click on my part, it was for Fl. I call and request a refund because tickets don’t work and the customer representative doesn’t even see that the tickets are for Fl. I answer a series of question then get a call back telling me no refund because it’s my fault and policy says no refund. Never will be using them again. Also guess you can’t be human.
