I have been a customer of Seat…

I have been a customer of Seat Amsterdam ( near the Arena ), for more than twelve years. I have only praise and gratitude for the trustworthy and transparent relationship built up over the years.
Even when I am faced with expensive news concerning my old but loved Seat. The Seat team are sympathetic and work together with me to find the most cost effective and satisfactory solution. Everything is always relayed to me and I am step by step informed.
I bought a 2020 Seat Ibiza at the start of this year ( 2025 ), from a dealer other than Seat. The new car had a few problems that needed fixing and the dealer was messing me about with the terms of the contract.
I decided to go to my Seat contacts to see what they had to say. I was helped beyond all expectations ( a special thanks to André! ) and the situation with the dealer was resolved.
The team of Bob, André and Richard, at Seat a-point Amsterdam are five star and always get a five star review from me. André gets a seven star this time though. He went above and beyond to help me.

Leon appleCarPlay and seatApp is bad.

I have Seat Leon 2021 and appleCarPlay does not function properly. It looks like a general problem and I dont get why seat does not solve this issue globaly?

Second, activating SeatApp is a headache! For this brand new car it should be quite easy and smooth to connect the car to the app !
