Avoid!!

We were really disappointed and disgusted with our experience with Sea Jet ferries. We were waiting in the port 40 minutes before departure and we missed our ferry as we were stuck behind a crowd of people leaving the same ship. When we contacted the company, they refused to consider giving us a refund or upgrade despite that we were purchasing tickets for the next available Sea Jet ferry that night.

That evening we experienced a crush to get on board into the hot underbelly of the ship, which was filled with car fumes and an extreme amount of people.

When on board, the toilets were disgusting and two (of 5) did not work. People were not sitting in their assigned seats and we were allocated seats separated from each other.

I’m really disappointed in this experience and would warn all future travellers to wait in the crush of people (in the sun!!) to avoid missing this ferry and having to pay for a new ticket. Also make sure you are in the right line to avoid being blocked from boarding. Better yet - fly! 😉

The company doesn’t seem to care as they have a monopoly on many of the routes to the islands.

Done what they meant to do

Done what they meant to do, got us from A to B.
Yes, is a free for all when boat comes in and boarding, you got allocated seats so those who want to be first on....fine, remember 1st on cases are buried at the back 😉.
Did get time change coming back, but only like 30-40 minutes earlier.
In all good enough experience.....

Put aircon up the back!

Nobody seems able to find their seats and then when you do someone us sitting in them.
There is not enough aircon in the back if the ship and it’s very claustrophobic.

Should have paid more for better seats.

Seajets led to second degree burn

Seajets attendant spilled hot scolding coffee on my leg that led to a severe second degree burn and ruined my entire vacation in Greece. They didn't apologize, didn't check on me, didn't bother to clean the area, didn't offer ice and frankly didn't care at all. The Greek man next to me also got coffee spilled on him and the Seajet employees offered great care and attention to their compatriot by offering ice, offering free food and checking on him regularly. This double standard was xenophobic and was extremely disappointing. They clearly hate people who are foreigners even though without us their company wouldn't exist. Awful experience and I plan on contacting an attorney. Also, incredibly expensive and old outdated boat with broken lavatories. Swim if you have to it would be better than taking this awful immoral company.

Do NOT book with seajets if possible

Do NOT book with seajets if possible. Most terrible experience of a ferry trip I ever had. The employees were so unfriendly. They treated us as a herd of sheep that needed to leave the boat as quickly as possible. We felt like we were inside the hunger games. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We bought 2 VIP seats and the AC was not working on that level so we asked multiple members of the staff to help us find other seats; the staff said wait till everyone boards and they will find us other seats. That NEVER happened! Unprofessional, rude staff. We will never use Seajets again! Stay away!

DO NOT SAIL BETWEEN PAROS AND MILOS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID PAROS TO MILOS AT ALL COSTS.

2 hour delay with no information. Tiny boat with half the passengers throwing up. Seats covered in sick. Bins overflowing. Luggage piled up in the middle of the aisles. Boiling. Old and worn out.

Video playing of the luxury cruiser you're currently on, what a laugh

Disappointed

I reserved a ticket from Paros to Rafina which was supposed to arrive at 13:30 There was a delay for the departure and the arrival which was 2 hours late.
Because of the delay, i had to change my flight which costs me 56.77 euros as well as booking a hotel for this night which costs me another 48.60 euros .
I complained to the customer service and sent all documents to prove my situation but no response and definitely no compensation.

The actual travel time between Naxos…

The actual travel time between Naxos and Piraeus was as 5 hours.
To the point I requested from boat management refund of the ticket that I paid for 3.5 hours travel time vs the actual 5 hours.
They use the weather as an excuse but I had video of a very smooth sea, lies. Wrote an email to their office in Pierre’s, no customer service. Bad company!
Don’t waste your money on promises of a faster travel… you will not get it.

Terrible company

Terrible company

Changed my route from a 1.5 hour direct ferry to a 4h10m journey stopping at several islands and arriving later, which meant I was at risk of missing my flight

I had to pay £100 to change my flights to go from another island. When I asked Seajets to amend my ticket and refund the difference in ticket as I was now getting off the ferry earlier, they wanted to charge me even more to amend the ticket

Overall spent over £100 on the original ferry ticket I didn't get full use of , and £100 on new flights due to them changing it. Terrible service

Stay away if you can. Chaotic boarding. Lots of people pushing and shoving to get up the ramp and stow their luggage on the deck. Crew focused only on boarding quickly.

Worst service ever received

Worst service ever received. The boarding is a total disaster. chaotic. I took several trips on ferries around the world. I have never received such bad service. in Santorini receive thousands of tourists per year. They do not have a decent (or basic) port terminal. Does not exist. Think several times if you are going to use this service.

Very very bad experience with seajets ferries

As we are traveling with our therapy dog we were not able to book online. So we booked the tickets for 2 people and our car (minivan) over the phone. We indicated the height and length of our car and the lady said that only the length of the car was decisive for the category. Despite spelling out our names several times, the lady on the phone took our data incorrectly and accordingly sent it to the wrong email address. When we did not receive a booking confirmation, we contacted customer service again. Then another lady told us that she couldn't find our booking because of the wrong name. We then waited in the queue for a very long time and the lady informed us that we would receive an email in 10 minutes. We did not receive an email and had to contact customer service again. A man corrected the email address. We then received a booking confirmation, but with the wrong travel date (06/27 instead of 05/27). We then had to contact customer service again. All in all, we spent a whole morning fixing the customer service bugs.

When boarding, we were informed that the category of our car was wrong and that we should go to the reception on the ship to correct the booking error. We explained to the crew that we informed ourselves about the car category when booking and received the above information. The employee informed us that a mistake was made in the ticket office. We were still asked to pay 70 euros.
In our opinion, this is deliberate and knowing deception of the customer, since there was never any mention of a further payment during the booking process. The employee could not explain to us which category our car now falls into. The categories that he gave us also do not correspond to the selectable categories of the online booking. Here, pressure is deliberately put on by the employees, leaving the customer no choice (we were let on the ship and told that we would have to disembark at the next port if we didn't pay). If we had known this, we would have never taken the ferry, which was very expensive anyway. In total, this now means an additional payment of 140 euros including the return trip.
