Beware of size and refunds

The clothing runs very small. When I asked to send back they offer a 30% back credit and a 30% coupon to keep it.
I can't fit clothes so I wont use coupon.
My choice is to send back.. so now the address is to an apartment in Staten Island and when you read the fine print it says they will only give you back you value minus the 30% because you opened it.
I believe this company is a bit of a scam. To bad the clothes look so cute but beware. I am stuck with the shirt now.

Super cute and well made

One of my items arrived damaged. I expected a battle to have it replaced, but the live chat customer service agent was fantastic! He didn’t quibble when I sent him the photo and immediately arranged a replacement. Cannot fault the service.

I bought from here 3 times, everytime the clothes come right size, good quality, good garment skills, and very chic design exactly as showed on their website, shipping also inside 1 week. I did not try to return any because they came as my expected, so for return experiences i don't have. Anyway i love their clothes.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. Terrible return policy. Difficult to process, and then you get an email asking if you will accept 30% partial refund with 30% off to place a new order! I've never heard anything like it! And quote: "When returning the goods, you need to pay the freight by yourself. Besides, since the value of the returned goods is degraded, please fill in the declared value of the items when sending back the goods, which should not exceed 30% of the original price, thank you for your support! We will issue a refund to you when we receive your package." And as other reviews have mentioned, the company has both a Paris and New York address for returns, but comes straight from China. I have very low hopes I'll see my full price $116.00.

Chinese company

This company is in China, has terrible return policies and they try to get you to give them positive reviews on Trustpilot before they will give you any return consideration. Do not buy from this Chinese company.

CHEAP, poor quality dresses

I bought two fall dresses and missed the 30-day return window which is my fault. When I took the dresses out of the plastic packaging, I was shocked at the extremely poor quality of both pieces, especially for the price (~$75/item). Thin, cheap material, no lining, wrinkled. They’re so bad I’m not donating them, I’m just throwing them away and cutting my losses.

Poor customer service

I have reached out repeatedly to return a skirt that doesn't fit me. The return screen on my account still says that my return is pending. At this point I believe that I am outside of the one month return window and I am stuck with an expensive skirt that I can't wear. I don't understand why I need a permission email to make a return. I didn't get an email with my return instructions. Very disappointing because I love their clothes but I won't purchase again.

Good luck getting a response when you need to return or exchange. I’ve not found an actual store. Website created in 2024 should have been my first clue. What I received was not the quality i expected for the price. Run!
