Disappointing returns process for Australian Customers
Extremely disappointed with the returns process. I simply needed to exchange my daughter’s hoodie for a bigger size, but the $50 return fee is excessive and feels like a penalty for being a customer. This experience has made me rethink shopping with Scuffers again in the future.

I received my SeX dress shirt and it was ruined through shipping ! I was so upset because I needed that shirt for the following week for a weekend trip . It got absolutely ruined during the shipping process . I immediately contacted the email with photos explaining the situation . They had to immediately ship another one out with no issues because it made it just in time for my weekend trip! The shirt is beautiful , good quality lightweight shirt , very beautifully designed and fits to perfection. I e Scuffers.
