So I‘m totally happy with your designs…

So I‘m totally happy with your designs quality and clothes overall but… my latest order was really difficult and unsatisfactory. I ordered a jeans measured my size from your Sizeguide. The Pants arrived and were to small so I wanted to replace it with a bigger size. That worked but I had to pay 10€ extra for the shipping while the shipping for the whole order last time was around 7€. I somehow understand your point, but somehow I don’t. So long story short. I was a bit disappointed because I measured the pants with your sizeguide and it still didn‘t fit and I was a bit disappointed about the 10€ costs for the replacement because you’re sizeguide didn‘t fit the reality…

Monogram Shell Black Pants.

I recently purchased the Monogram Shell Black Pants in a size 32. In Australia, I am a size 32.

I did not realise that the sizing for these pants would be 'european'. I had assumed your sizing guide would run true throughout your range.

For Australian buyers, size 32 is closer to a womens 6. or in Australia - a Mens 24-26.

I did contact customer support to inquire if there would be a re-stock in larger sizes (40-42) and was simply told "I don't know when"

Not to sound entitled, but for $159.00 I had anticipated a small discount code or voucher would be offered to be used in future for a repurchase.

They are quite nice pants, even if they could not possibly fit.

Poor returns

Item was as described and good quality, but returns are really difficult. Staff were very unhelpful. Places that ship FedEx overseas are very few and far between, and they would not offer a service where the item can be picked up.

Not worth 90€

Hoodies are 100% cotton, but are made badly and the fabric is stiff and not comfortable. Delivery time took much longer than expected and when I asked about it from customer support, I didn’t get a reply.

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding order

I originally had this order shipped to the US, but I only opened the package after arriving back in Taiwan. To my absolute disappointment, the item is completely damaged and covered in stains. This is an unacceptable product quality.
To make matters worse, I have been trapped in a loop with your automated chatbot and cannot reach a real human to resolve this. Due to my current location in Taiwan, it is impossible for me to ship the item back to the US under normal procedures, and your system does not allow me to receive the replacement item here in Taiwan either.
Since this is entirely a quality issue from your side, I request that a human customer service representative review this case immediately. I am more than happy to provide photos of the damages and stains as proof.
I look forward to your prompt response and a proper solution.

Still waiting for my delivery iver a…

Still waiting for my delivery iver a week after it should have been delivered. Sent an email explaining and had a reply saying they can see its on its way and there are no issues!!
My issue is that this was a birthday present and that birthday has now been and gone and still no Scuffers hoodie
