I am laughing as my experience was similar to the reviews. Did a great job on the Sales. Their Service sucks. I have written letter to the General Manager, Service Manager etc. A big NOTHING. I take my car there for one thing. Oil changes and tire rotations. Because they come free when you buy your car there.
