I needed a spring set for our church bells and needed them “yesterday”! We hadn’t used the bells for a few years and discovered that 75% of the springs were broken. However, not sure about the address mix up - it was sent to a church member's home NOT to our church address. Luckily, she was home!

What I received and what I ordered are not the same. I need the U shaped black”plastic” pieces that go around the screws inside the bell. I need to return what I received and get the correct pieces.

Product as expected. Took too long to arrive, but that is the fault of USPS and not Schulmerich. Great service as usual by my favorite handbell company.

I ordered a handle for our C3 handbell on October 12, 2025. I rcvd an email thanking me for our purchase on the 19th, and then again on the 22nd asking for a review. As of this date, November 4th, we have not rcvd our part. I called today and was told it was on backorder, and they would check to see if they have been resupplied. One would think that as soon as they took my money on the 12th I would have been notified they were out of stock instead of asking for my review of my purchase which I have not rcvd. I am not okay with this. We have spent a lot of money with your company, and I expect better service than this.

Even though I ordered the incorrect size, it came very quickly. Called and left a message and hope my purchase can be exchanged for the correct size.

I was very pleased in how quickly I got the item I needed to fix our bells so we could keep playing our full set by the time of our next rehearsal!

We have had a Schulmerich 3 oct bell set for more than 30 years. Unfortunately, they haven't been played for about 10 to 12 years. Upon getting them out to put a bell choir together for Christmas, we found most had broken springs (our first practice). Schulmerich was able to get us a whole set of springs in just a few days. We were able to replace all the springs and polish up the bells before the following week's practice (2nd practice).
Well, no excuses now, we better be able to play on Christmas Eve! :)

I'm not sure this is applicable to our situation. We have 3 octaves of aged Schermerich bells which are being taken to a man who refurbushes bells. So far, things have been good. We'll be watching to see how the final work on the bells goes.
