I ordered a bell ornament on December…

I ordered a bell ornament on December 10th and have not received any messages of if it. Like is it ready to ship or if it has been shipped. Thus I cannot give a full review as of today.( this is the second time you ask for a review from me also.) earlier today I inquired about this in support, as of yet I have not received any response to this inquiry.

If I could give you 10 stars I…

If I could give you 10 stars I definitely would! We had a situation where we needed a bell ASAP. I sent email to Customer Service and they went beyond all expectations to make sure we could get our bell within 3 days! They made a dream come true for our 92 year old Mom. Thank you for all you did to make this happen for us. We truly appreciate all you have done!!!!
