Easy to use app

I was not happy with my first order

I was not happy with my first order, or the perfume selection. I sent an email to Secentbird to cancel my subscription. And I’m still being charged and sent more perfume. Please CANCEL my subscription.

I love this service

I love this service, I get great scents reach month and I added the extra plan that let's me try out two sample scents so I can discover new ones that I like. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Good value and selection

Good value and selection. I have received three fragrances so far and two of them were good matches for me, one was not. Some continued refinement of fragrance preferences would be helpful, such as rating each fragrance in detail every month. Another helpful idea is to add descriptions in the fragrance interview as some of the terms were novel to me.
