Perfect Container Storage Solution
We rented a container to store our garage equipment in whilst downsizing and moving home. The container at Dishforth was easy to find, the facilities were clean and tidy. Access was 24hours and John was always about if we needed him ( fortunately we didn’t!). The customer service team were friendly and efficient.. Sarah & Kelly who we dealt with were super, informative and knowledgeable.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them, far cleaner, secure and accessible than other storage places we looked at. Thank you

Staff were lovely and available over the phone…
Staff were available to answer the phone and are very friendly. You can ring any of their officers for help with any queries. They are all logged into a central system. If you can't get through to your local branch contact try another. No staff actually work on site in the office. There are plenty of security cameras and flood lights. Access is by a pin code. Nearly all the units are on ground level so you can drive up to the doors. Don't get a first floor one as your going to have to walk up steps. You are required to take insurance to protect your items. I recommend that you shop around for insurance it was cheaper for us to use a separate insurance company. You need to read the terms and conditions because there's information in their regarding when you want to give the key back and remove your stuff.

I was slightly disappointed with the roller door type I recieved! It feels difficult for me to open and close ! They offered me a 2 door garage door style to replace but tbh I’d need assistance to move my stuff and they weren’t offering any of that so feel a bit stuck
