I love Scarflings!
The only difficult thing about Scarflings is making a choice on which one to buy. There are so many that are exquisitely beautiful! I have 2 Scarflings now and both arrived quickly. Each was packed in a sturdy box with tissue paper. The fabric quality is top notch and the colors are true to the web site. I’m a fan and will be back!

Faux Fur scarf is fun, flimsy and expensive for what it is
This Faux fur trimmed oversized scarf is fun looking but the wool/silk blend not as high end whisper soft and warm or as I would have expected from the description and the price. My other disappointment was the lack of notification that it would be arriving from China, and Fedex would require a signature, which required me to make a special 1 hour trip to sign at the Fedex facility.
I won’t be buying again from Scarflings.

I can see your point that we have disappointed you with regard to the texture of the scarf, the inconvenience that you have to drove back to the FedEx facility and as well as we failed to inform you that we shipped from China. However, we want to clarify that Scarflings is a legitimate business from Vancouver, Canada which has a shipping facility in China for the reason that it's easier to import and export goods with that location, manpower, and warehousing costs are pretty low. Nevertheless, it is clear we need to look into these particular issues.
On behalf of the Scarflings team, please accept our sincere apologies for the difficulties we have caused you.
We've escalated your concern to our higher-ups as soon as we received your message. In fact, they are on the move to make sure this won't happen again in the future.

I expected a woven scarf in fine wool. It is a printed scarf on inferior wool. I am disappointed and need to find out how to return this item. It is too much money for the quality.

I have now ordered three scarves from Scarflings. Their scarves are absolutely beautiful. All three of mine are the large/shawl-like scarves. The larger size provides more options for how I can wear them. A beautiful scarf can make clothing look extra special. That's what I love about scarves. For the quality I like the price.

Be aware of what the website doesn't tell you
Before I ordered a scarf I contacted customer service to confirm what the background color of the scar was and was assured that the color was as shown in the photo. when I got the scarf...if was NOT that color.
Worse still
what the website does not make clear is:
-you must get permission to return merchandise and that took at least 3 days in my case
-you must at your own cost return it to CHINA. Not a cheap proposition. Returns are expensive and complicated
-the communication from the customer service team is not helpful or responsive. i had to email the same questions mulitiple time to figure how to return. they offered a reduced price if i just kept the scarf, but provided no information about how to accept the offer. I emailed customer service but have heard nothing. crickets.

I love my enamel lips brooch
I love my enamel lips brooch. The only comment is that it took 10 days from purchase to receive a shipment email which advised that within 48 hours I would receive my purchase at my door. 10 days is a long time to wait for this information.
Otherwise, I will enjoy wearing my brooch.

Disappointing customer service
1. Website photos are not always an accurate description of color so i wrote customer service to double check the background color was a purple which is what i needed.
2. Scarf arrived with a brown background not the purple i was promised
3. The return process is complex and not accurately described on the website. It’s a multi-step process. First u have to request a return, secondly the company must approve your return. I got email approval to return, minus the information needed to actually return it...like the address where the package should go. The shopper pays return shipping. My scarf came from China....still don’t know if i have to return there or somewhere else. Still waiting
