I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. I paid $145 for the basque wool scarf, only to find the EXACT same scarf (model and ALL) on AliExpress for $30. Dana Xu (on Amazon) has these same scarves for $29 to $32 NOT $145!
I feel I have been had by your company and I will make sure other consumers are aware that they can purchase the same items for far far less money and same quality. Never, ever again.

Please accept my apologies for giving you the wrong impression of our scarves. Product imitation is widely known not only in the clothing industry but also in electronics and cosmetics businesses.
Even the world's most prominent brands, such as Apple, Nike, Hermés, L'Oréal, Gucci, Versace to name a few still that struggle to manage these kinds of issues despite having trademark laws that protect a patented product or brand. Product imitation is everywhere and in response to this, we already have a system in place to check for an authentic Scarflings' scarf by looking into the packaging, labels, and tags as a key differentiator, although some of this might be still under development.
As a courtesy, I'd also like to offer a complimentary scarf. Would this help to make things right?

Unfortunately my experience was not what I expected. I felt I was purchasing a Canadian made product only to find out the product was coming from China. The scarf I received is nice but not a 200.00 scarf (which is what I paid in Canadian $). I wouldn’t class this as a luxury product.

I can see you that you are disappointed knowing it came from China. However, to reach our customers globally while saving business expenses, we decided to get a manufacturing warehouse in Zheijang, China. The reason is that it's easier to import and export goods with that location, manpower, and warehousing costs are pretty low. Soon, we're looking to move our production over to Como, Italy where all luxury scarves are made. It is clear we need to look into this particular issue.

The wool scarves are not as described
The wool scarves are not as described, extremely poor quality. Google search does not show an address for a Vancouver office. Trying to returning the item to china costs around $100. I believe this is extremely clever marketing for gullible buyers.

I was quite disappointed that for the cost and beauty of the pattern and feel of the material it was printed on only one side! There is no way to wear a wear a scarf without both sides showing. I had been hoping to wear this scarf all the time. In fact, I never choose it for this reason.
