So far so good had diffuser a week now still smells amazing defo recommend especially there Black Friday deals think I’ve found the best diffuser to date after spending fortunes on the shop bought air fresheners this wee machine blows all them out the water literally lol

Had problem with one item but have been offered refund

I really wanted to love this as the concept seems great and they are cheaper than other high end oil diffusers but I’ve been really unlucky I think and my diffuser is likely faulty. It leaked oil everywhere which took the paint off my expensive side unit which wasn’t great. I wrote to customer services and they said that maybe the oil bottle wasn’t screwed in all the way. I was 99% sure it was but having tried again recently with it, making sure the oil bottle is fully screwed in, oil was still leaking out. And yesterday, the diffuser stopped working completely. I’ve sent a video and email to customer services so I will wait to see what they say but so far I can’t recommend this company or its diffusers.

I love, love, love this diffuser and the essential oils! I was at a friend's house and it smelled gorgeous. When I asked her what the scent was, she showed me the diffuser. I loved that it didn't use water, was rechargeable (so I could move it from room to room) and it was a beautiful design.

I ordered some traditional scents and a few modern takes and I love them all. Can't wait to order more.

Best diffuser I’ve ever owned I have dogs & this eliminates doggy odours but the fragrances are just beautiful classy and strong but not overpowering.
Not the cheapest on the market but worth every penny!
Customer service fabulous sorted a small problem very efficiently.

I have ordered quite a few of the Scandiscents diffusers and they are really effective and easy to use - after using a water diffuser for a long time, they are a breath of fresh air!
There have been a few faults with the diffusers, but I cannot fault the customer service. Quick responses, advice and then a replacement if necessary. Really excellent.

Scandiscents diffusers are fabulous and the best I have found. The fragrances fill my rooms and are gorgeous. I now have three diffusers and no longer need to use wax melts or scented candles. No more spilled wax or smoke marks! The fragrance bottles seem to last for ages and there is a huge range to choose from. Customer service is second to none. I would recommend Scandiscents unreservedly.

After my last review on here after an issue with the diffuser I had bought not working, Scandiscents assured me they had received similar feedback and were redevelopong the design and as soon as one was available, they would send it out free of charge. Well, I am happy to say, it arrived the other day and worked straight out of the box, exactly as it should. Super happy and have a great smelling house again!

Amazing service.
I love my scandiscents difusor but after a ‘mishap’ where my daughter threw the difusor straw away, was unable to source the replacement straws due to it being an older model. I ordered the ‘new’ replacement pack but couldn’t make the new straws fit.
I then used the contact us option on the website and phoned through, speaking to a lovely man called James. James offered me a brilliant deal on a new diffuser and it all arrived the next afternoon. I’m back to having a beautifully scented home - and to be honest, this new diffuser seems to scent the room much more efficiently (although the old one did a fabulous job).
Thank you James for your help and I highly recommend Scandiscents for their lovely range of scents and fabulous customer service - it’s so nice to be able to speak to a real person. Just brilliant.

Had been looking for a new diffuser for a while having tried numerous water-based ones which leak or need constant refilling, have to be permanently plugged in and are a pain. Saw the Halo and thought I would give it a try and it has been a gamechanger! I have only had mine a short time but have used it daily for a few hours and only had to recharge it once. For such a small device it packs so much punch and is very subtle and sleek in design. I move it around to different areas of the house or office and change the scent depending on time of day or mood. The fragrances I chose are fantastic and also such great value for money in comparison to other brands - they really fill the space without using too much oil. When moving from one fragrance to another its super easy to change the bottle and I was surprised how little had actually been used in the time I had it operational. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company I have had two diffusers unfortunately one of them failed to work after a few days but James and his colleague from scandiscents replaced the faulty one no questions asked would definitely recommend much safer than using oils and water when pets or children running around

What a deceiving little diffuser !
I didnt expect this to be so powerful for it's size. I have it in my hallway and can smell it through the entire house it's that's effective and powerful. The oils are really strong and long lasting too. I had it on for an hour and could still smell the fragrance hours later.
An amazing range of scents to choose from and the diffuser is so sleek. Great that it's not wired too and can be moved from room to room.
Definitely recommend !

I had a few issues to begin with but the company went above and beyond my expectations the product is the best diffuser I’ve ever owned and the oils are amazing I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

Customer service is brilliant my diffuser stoped working and I emailed customer support I had a reply back next day trouble shooting, I then received a new nozzle and unfortunately that didn’t fix problem so without anymore questions a new diffuser sent out.
I love the water less diffuser and the scents are lovely and delicate. So nice to have choice of settings. Thank you customer support

Great 5 star service again after communication with james he replied back each time till the problem was resolved… cant fault anything ..

I have purchased 7 units to date as the first four were amazing until they leaked all over a cill which is now ruined so can only trust them on a tiled surface. Purchased three recently and only 2 worked and took me three weeks to which point I had to say I will contact my credit card company to recharge as no response when James finally responded. The original units I purchased are now leaking even after ‘adjusting’ them so to be honest I would avoid like the plaque! Started off as a fab unit but they fail consistently and the customer service is appalling and takes you to the point where you have to get angry before a response which is not acceptable and neither are the products
