have some faith

I ordered from them a camera plus accessories, and than i found out about these bad reviews.
Gosh.. It gave me one sleepless night. Also i had a technical question, and since i dont speak Norwegian, trying to go through the call center number pressing maze seemed impossible, but guess what, i contacted a person for first try, he provided me all the info i wanted, and the camera arrived on the 4th business day to northern Norway, in a perfect shape. Thumbs up! thank you. Also i have never had any problems in physical stores either.

Stay away...

I had a truly disappointing experience at Scandinavian Photo Oslo, and I feel compelled to warn others. If you’re considering shopping for camera gear in Oslo, do yourself a favor and go to Foto.no instead—where they actually care about customers and run their store professionally.

At Scandinavian Photo, the customer service is non-existent, and it feels like nobody is in control of what’s going on. Whether it's a lack of product knowledge, disorganization, or just a general unwillingness to help, it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority.

In contrast, Foto.no is on a completely different level—they treat you with respect, take the time to help, and actually know their products. It’s refreshing to shop at a store where the staff is both knowledgeable and professional.

If you value good service, avoid Scandinavian Photo Oslo altogether. There’s a better alternative right in the city!

Agree with the others

Agree with the others. Seems like they don’t have control over their IT system. No confirmation email. Called them and was told everything is fine. Then a week later the package arrived without one of the items. Then they told me someone ordered it at the same time…..ordered the same stuff through foto.no and it was cheaper and frictionless so I would prioritise them

These guys really dont care about their customers.
They never deliver on time or manage to send the right products. And they dont take any responsibility for their mistakes. Dont buy anything from them, use foto.no instead!

I had ordered a camera to be delivered…

I had ordered a camera to be delivered on a specific date (which was not awailable at the warehouse), paid for it, and waited. On the expected delivery date, I hadn't received any message, so I called customer service. They informed me that they had received cameras from the supplier, but since many customers had ordered them, they selected a few at random and sent the cameras to them, regardless of my prior payment. The only option they suggested was to wait a couple of weeks and hope that I would receive it with the next supplier delivery. I received all this information only after calling them directly, with no prior notification from them about the problem. The camera was planned as a present, so I'll have to find it somewhere else.

Product not recieved

I ordered the 20k product on 24th of April 2024. 8th of May the product has still not arrived. The tracking link shows that Bring SE have the product since the 25th. Posten Norge says Bring SE is responsible. Scandinavian Photo customer care says they have filed a ticket with Bring SE two days ago. With the all this delay they should send another product and not let their customers suffering. It is not my problem that their carriers are not delivering. Customer care is lacking proactivity. I have been in touch for the past few days. I would not buy another product from Scandinavian Photo and I would not recommend you doing the same. Update. 13.05.2024 the package is still not received.

The feeling is that Scandinavian Photo is a whip on clients.
I bought an Action 2 Dual-Screen Combo camera, a camera with a software defect. I wrote to the customer service and waited 9 days for a response. I wrote a second time and they gave me a link to register the case, but it turned out that the receipt number indicated when purchasing the camera from Scandinavian Photo was not correct. I cannot start the return procedure through the website. The customer service is not responding.

I contacted support but your employees did not help!!!! (case number Re: [#563657]). I do not recommend this online store to anyone.

Utter nonsense - not recommended

I wanted to return a product.
- Emailed them before the order was dispatched
- Alex (dumb guy) said he didnt receive email but I showedh him screenshot
- After multiple chat/emails, one product was cancelled
- Thats july 4 o 5
As of Aug 2, I am yet to receive a refund, been almost a month.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. The price was decent and maybe slightly cheaper than the UK, but with solid Norwegian purchasing rights. I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase.
