After dealing with so many bugs in their system that didn't allow me to put in bids I was finally able to buy 2 vehicles the first I ended up paying 100 extra in storage fees because they didn't get back to me for 3 days that the wire transfer had gone through. Then they tried to charge me 295 for shipping and gave me a whole run around when I told them I found outside shipping. Over the coarse of a week I must have made 30-40 calls tying to deal with all the issues from them. Never work with them again, better to just go to a local iaa auction

I've purchased a total of three cars under this company's auctions. Two of the purchases went off with no issues. However, one of the purchases had a Vin that didn't match the title. When I contacted accounting to report the issue and seek help, they pretty much blew me off as thou it was my problem and wouldn't help me. Lesson learned; check the vehicle against the title they provide at time of pick-up. The other issue with this company is how long many of the cars sit on the auction site without ever coming to an actual auction date.

SCA is a SCAM! You will lose every bid you make. After you ask for your refund they will claim you have won a car! Now here comes the undisclosed SHIPPING fees! Hundreds of dollars later they keep your deposit! Beware! If you’re looking for a cheap car look elsewhere! Customer service is no help either!

Purchased a salvage truck here, and everything was explained clearly, from the conditions to the paperwork. Delivery was handled fast, and it worked well with the requirement for a licensed company to pick it up. Overall very nice.

This company does a bait and switch on customers. Their business practices are misleading. Their reps will focus on your winning a bid and conveniently forget to mention all the sales tax and fees associated with the bid. If you want your money back on the same day, within hours of a call, forget about it. It's like pulling teeth from a shark. They are not customer friendly at all. They're more akin to snake oil salesmen.

Getting a car from this auction went pretty smoothly. Everything was clear and straightforward, and the people there were helpful. Good inventory, and if you are attentive and persistent enought good deals are all around.

The cars are from IAAI but here you don`t need the license, which is much more accessible. website is easy to navigate, and the search filters are handy for finding exactly what you need. It`s clear that they`ve put thought into making the user experience smooth.

I would have put MINUS star, but there is no option for that, SCA is NOT to be trusted with anything they say on their site.
1. They listed a vehicle that is Starts & Drives, when i received the vehicle WON'T even start.
2. Their site say that you have 2 to 5 buisness days to pick up the car and they started chargin me after 2days for storage fee.

Super easy to use, website is friendly,takes no time to get around. Bidding was easy too, predictable and without bs. Bought a 2021 Wrangler without any issues, it arrived on time as well. Satisfied with the process.

I did my research prior to bidding on a boat I wanted and got exactly what I was expecting for the best price. It was fast and easy. Great online auction marketplace.

After winning the bid, they’ll tell you two possibly three weeks to receive title, it took six weeks to get mine then they didn’t sign it, had to fed ex it back to Florida and wait another week and a half. By far the worst auction company I have ever dealt with, I wouldn’t ever do business with them again.
