I had a 10k powerbank , bought in MediaMarkt as one of the only ones they sell , I assumed it was a great product, I couldn’t have been more wrong, it died ( from 100% to 0% in 20 mins, not even one charge of iPhone 13 ) after one month of using maybe 15 charges??. Now it’s on sale 50% percent and they delete reviews from their website, absolute disgrace:))

I had an issue with a PURO screen protector that didn’t align properly, even when using the included frame, which led to part of my iPhone screen being blocked.
While the initial experience was frustrating, PURO’s customer support handled the situation professionally and offered a replacement as a goodwill gesture.

I bought two sbs cables and they both broke within about 2 months. So yeah don’t bother!!!!!!!!

I bought a cable 3 months ago in Italy, it was an emergency purchase. And it is already broken. It has a lose contact and sometimes is absolutelyn not working (I tried with many adapters). I am very disapointed about it.

Poor electronic quality & very expensive for what it offers long term.
Note that I'm super careful and never gotten hardware damage on any of these types of electronics ever.
Bought a cable and power adapter about a year and a half ago. Both charging accessories (cable and power adapter) stopped working this week, on 2 separate occasions.
Cable started having bad connection and started to depend on the need to press it really hard against the port for it to work (USB-C type which I checked for lint multiple times and tried on different ports as well).
Power adapter started making a couple of little popping noises when charging and immediately stopped working altogether.

I recently purchased the SBS BT701 earphones from Euronics for 40 euros (Price 25 Euros at SBS Website, Stupid me). I regret this decision.
Functionality:
• Compatibility: Works with iPhone 13 but not with Samsung A54.
• Battery Life: Lasts only one hour.
• Range: Signal becomes distorted within 1.5 meters and disconnects within 2-2.5 meters.
• Microphone: Poor quality; others can't hear me unless the microphone is directly in front of my mouth.
• Music Quality: Comparable to 11-euro MI earphones bough at airport with much better design and battery life. I listened to “Comfortably Numb” multiple times to compare them.
Design:
• Fit: Insecure in ears, require rubber hold-ons.
• Bulky Control Module: It is heavy and causes the right earplug to come loose, even with the rubber hold-on. Also, it turns easily, causing the microphone to face my shoulders, rendering it useless.
• Button Quality: Feels like mechanical equipment; rather than electronic.
The emphasis on "Italian Design" seems to be only in packaging and aesthetics. The cheap quality is evident from the control module imprint and button and earplug polish.
Considering my experience and knowledge of manufacturing costs in China, I estimate this product should cost a maximum of 7 to 9 euros, including transportation to SBS.
This product damages the reputation of "Italian design" earned by millions of hardworking Italians.

Funzionalità:
• Compatibilità: Funziona con iPhone 13 ma non con Samsung A54.
• Durata della batteria: Dura solo un'ora.
• Portata: Il segnale si distorce entro 1,5 metri e si disconnette entro 2-2,5 metri.
• Microfono: Bassa qualità; gli altri non possono sentirmi a meno che il microfono non sia direttamente davanti alla mia bocca.
• Qualità audio: Paragonabile agli auricolari MI da 11 euro che ho comprato all’aeroporto ed ha design, batteria e tutte altre funzionalità molto meglio. Per verificare ciò, ho ascoltato "Comfortably Numb" più volte su entrambi i set.
Design:
• Fit: Non si fissano nelle orecchie, richiedono supporti in accessori gomma.
• Control module ingombrante: È pesante e fa sì che l'auricolare destro si allenti, anche con il supporto in gomma. Inoltre, si gira facilmente, facendo sì che il microfono si trovi di fronte alle mie spalle, rendendolo inutilizzabile.
• Qualità dei pulsanti: Sembra attrezzatura meccanica; piuttosto che elettronica.
L'enfasi sul "Italian Design" sembra concentrato solo sull'imballaggio e sull'estetica. La scarsa qualità è evidente dall'impronta del modulo di controllo e dalla lucidatura dei pulsanti e delle spine.
Considerando la mia esperienza e la mia conoscenza dei costi di produzione in Cina, stimo che questo prodotto dovrebbe costare al massimo 7-9 euro, inclusa la spedizione a SBS.
Questo prodotto danneggia la reputazione del "Italian Design" guadagnata da milioni di italiani laboriosi.
I bought a screen protector for €30 with unacceptable quality, worse than any €5 product on Amazon. I contacted customer service and they tried to skirt the issue.
Finally they accepted the refund (which I still haven't received) but it was a bad experience.
NO COMPRAR AQUÍ, ES UNA ESTAFA, PRECIOS HINCHADOS Y MAL SERVICIO.

Purchased a full cover glass product , box looks flashy product not so , screen doesn't respond when touching it , you have to press hard sometimes several times , wouldn't recommend
