Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Nothing works on the website! I tried to buy a game for two days and all possible payment options get declined. It's also not possible to set up an account because the email with the verifying link, doesn‘t even include a link in it. And i tried this with 3 different email adresses.
After sending an email to the support about those issues, i got no help at all and if i need more information they remain at my disposal. I got zero informations, zero answers to my questions and zero help with anything.
And there is also no phone number to call any support. They just completely leave costumers with any kind of problems hanging.
