Great company I had a breakdown which was quickly diagnosed. Great communication and service. They were honest about cost of repair with no hidden costs. Would always recommend.

Terrible cowboy outfit ,only interested in taking your money under the guise of "investigative" work which if they were half competent should've taken them 1 minute to diagnose,easy money for them .yet I was billed near on £300 for a fault I didn't even take my vehicle in for in the first place ,on top of that they have awful communication as they promised to ring me before closing to tell me my vehicle was ready but they didn't & when I rang them they'd closed & you get put to a pointless call service in "Manchester" but they sound about as Mancunian as I am .so I was left without a vehicle ,lost a day's pay & had work done that wasn't needed or warranted ..will never use them again & I urge anyone else reading this to follow suit . 1 star is far too much !!

My 2016 Range Rover Evoque’s gear selector recently got stuck in Park. Since I have an extended warranty, I had the car towed to SB AutoCare. Yasmin on reception was incredibly helpful, handling all communication with the warranty company and getting the unit replaced quickly. I had my car back in just a couple of days. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service!
