Very pleased with my two single Bailey Ottoman beds. I had accidentally ordered four! It did take a few voicemail and emails to get through, but it was Monday and they were extremely busy that day. Despite it being my error Dan sorted this out for me quickly, stopping four bed-frames being delivered, rearranging delivery for two bed-frames and refunding me the difference in a timely manner.

Ordered a bed on the 12th of April - it is now the 25th. I tried emailing, got nothing back. Tried calling and the call didn't go through, and now it seems as though their entire website is down. Really disappointed as it seemed like a good deal for a bunk bed my kids would have loved.

Im writing a review on here because it looks like the only way to get a response from this company. I placed an order on the 1st February, was told to expect delivery by the 3rd.I have emailed twice, messaged them via the website and called the customer service numerous times!! I have heard nothing at all, no response to any emails, no answer on the phone ever! I have a tracking number through arrow but iv spoke to them and they haven't received the item to deliver. Avoid this company!

I did have a bit of a wait for a reply about delivery but as soon as i spoke to dan on the phone he sorted it out for me and he gave me a more expensive bed for the same price as the one i ordered was out of stock. It was delivered in 2 days and its a lovly bed so thankyou

Bedsale.com sent me a bed which was completely damaged and of terrible quality. Avoid this company!

Placed my order on the 15th of January and I still haven’t had any updates or shipping confirmation. I have emailed and phoned the customer support a number of times and still haven’t had an reply. My daughter is now sleeping on a mattress in the floor. Absolutely disgusting I would not recommend this company.

order a new bed from them yesterday and said it would be here today. Was given a tracking number for arrowxl courier company. Spoken to them this morning and no such order exists!! A complete scam! Have now had to cancel my card through my bank and go through the hassle of getting my money back whilst sleeping on the floor on a mattress!! These people are disgusting! Customer service number is a dead line and no way of contacting them! Please do not use this company!

They use a fake delivery service so I’m suspicious that the whole company is fake. Your item will not arrive as this is a scam so don’t waste your time! Christmas ruined, please ignore the fake 5 star reveiwed

Brilliant service from start to finish! In the showroom there was a lovely young man. He didn't try to pressure us in to a sale like some other places we had been. And the two delivery men who came today were so helpful! I was totally unorganised and hadn't moved our old bed in to the other room yet. The delivery drivers did this for me, as well as putting our new bed up. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommended. And top quality bed and mattress too!

Great service and products from Bedsale.This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them, product quality and service received is great. I recently purchased the grey wooden ottoman bed and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was a little hesitant about having to put it together myself but putting it together was a breeze with the clear instructions. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s great quality, no faults at all. Very happy!

My order arrived with a part missing, I contacted customer services and they were so helpful and apologetic and sent me out the spare part right away which came super quick! Such a great experience with a great company. A company shouldn't be judged on what they do wrong, it is how they put it right that gives them five stars.
