I payed 30€ at 5 september for my order . Till the date of today 16.10.25 i still havn’t received anything , i tried to email 4 adresses , write a letter , asked for refund , called but no sign of life overthere!!! I want my money back ! Total ripoff

Disappointing
Good morning,
It's impossible to contact them; they don't answer.
On July 2nd, I placed an order for a 12L RIBIMEX watering can.
They transferred the amount to my bank, and I haven't heard anything about the product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL.
I'm still waiting for a response and information. Very upset.

No customer support
My package was stopped at the customs because they didn't fill inn all the required information.
I have sent them 2 emails explaining this and asking what happens next but I get no answer back from their support email. First email was sent 2 weeks ago. Very unprofessional.
Fingers crossed that they will refund me but I honestly have no idea since their support is simply ignoring me.
Shop at another store instead is my suggestion for new customers.

Terrible company
Terrible company. If you have an issue, they won't respond.
I had a fan that arrived broken. They simply ignore any contact when it comes to returns.

I ordered an AC fan about a year ago, and it broke within that time frame.
Two months ago, they promised to replace it, but since then, I haven't heard anything from them. They don't respond to phone calls, emails, or messages on Instagram.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered a Lumatek Light which I…
I ordered a Lumatek Light which I waited for long enough.
The parcel carrier says it has been delivered but there is no package delivered. They can‘t show a proof of delivery and keep wasting time. My plants are outgrown now and need the light but the workers here don‘t give a f! After contacting them for a whole week everyday they are ignoring me now.
Don‘t buy anything here!
