Really subpar powerbanks

Really subpar powerbanks. Not exceeding 5 watts, mostly staying at 3-4, 2025 when you can buy a cheap powerbank capable of fast charging for the same price as an hour and a half of this service. Think I managed to get from 47 to 54 percent in 25 minutes, that when the battery is in the the more or less most charge receptive ranges. Was about to give 2 stars mostly for offering the service but still haven't received half of the money back that I was supposed to for returning it within half an hour.

Large scam

Used the charger for 4 hours. Was charged for 2 days instead. Customer service conveniently pretends there was no mistake on their side. Never again.

Refused refund for defective powerbank

Used a power bank during a 12h marathon at the cinema. Powerbank was working great at first but after 30 minutes my daughter noticed that it was not working anymore. We followed the procedure described in the app, stating that you could swap one time and not be charged twice. We were charged twice and they refused to refund, saying we should have swapped faster. Well at the pictures you don't look at your phone all the time!

UNRETURNABLE

Hired one of these devices in a bar in Paris whilst on a walkabout as all of our phones were depleting on power. No complaints really about the charger except they are slow to charge and not fast charge as claimed. It was the trying to return that made it expensive as when I went to return to its slot it was taken and no further slots available in bar OR nearby, was told to take it somewhere else and deposit it there from places on the APP. Nowhere open or with free space and it could not be taken from me as it had to be returned to the charging station to cancel the rental. Contacted their "AI" the next day which basically told me to return to a station from the app to cancel hire or I would be charged €50 and still charge the daily rate until it is returned. Although I call the nearest app shown station which informed me that they don't have a Naki power bank. So looks like I am f#&ked and I'm cancelling my card😡🤬 raging all day chatting to a bot with only info telling me basically suck it up clown

Wish I had read these reviews…

I rented a charger at Södersjukhuset hospital in Stockholm. Wish I had read these reviews before throwing my money at the scam company Naki phone charger. Paid 60 SEK (6€), 30 for 30 min charging + 30 as a deposit, to be paid back if I returned the charger after 30 min or I could keep it all day. What a joke. After 30 min the charge level was barely double digits so I just kept charging. 68% when the charger died. I cancelled my bank card immediately
after.

Terrible service, never again!

Rented powerbank in Brussels, its just terrible service. Cost of powerbank that they offer not even 5 euros, its charging only phones (will not charge you own powerbank) and too slow to make you pay more. Offered chinese powerbanks has mentioned as fast charging to make you confused, as in reality it charges max with 1A, that for 10% charge it takes half hour. And for all that they take deposit of 30 euros which will take ages to get back.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Rented a power bank at the children’s hospital when my son was sick for 40 min and was charged for 2 days due to malfunctioning Charing box system. Was charged 500 sek. Customer support didn’t not respond to my requests that I’ve sent in two times in one week.

€50 charge for €2 euro hire

I hired a power bank at Nante airport. When tried to return it, the machine wouldn’t keep it in the slot. The result is now a €50 charge for a €2 hire. And customer service is only available Monday to Friday working hours. Not good when your problem occurs late on a Friday evening. There are better ways to charge - avoid this system.

Worthless system for renting a…

Worthless system for renting a powerbank. They charge money and no powerbank comes out to charge your phone. Nothing but complaints at We Can Dance festival and people who lost their money, like me. They’re a bunch of frauds who take money from your bankaccount when you didn’t get to charge your phone at all.
