I ordered a bottle of Pet Remedy Spray as unfortunately one of my fur babies gets very nervous & upset when he goes in the car. My order arrived very promptly & was well packaged but I was amazed to find a Christmas greeting hand-written in the box with a candy cane. What a marvellous gesture, I am so pleased & surprised that I had to say 'thank you'. That really went a long way & I will be ordereing all my fur babies needs from you from now on.

Ordered for first time yesterday and items arrived today for our budgie in a beautiful box and gift wrapped with a free candy stick plus a handwritten note wishing us a Happy Christmas. Highly recommend and will be a regular customer for our budgie and dog ❤️

I've ordered loads from Sash & Pepps for my dog and never been disappointed. The prices are good and the stock is high quality. They have a great selection of natural treats for dogs, but I've also bought things like leads and toys.

My order was well packed and looked very presentable and arrived on time!

What a find this little gem was. The lady who served me was so friendly and really helpful. She ran though all the different things ans explained everything. Ivy loved her chicken foot I think she devoured it within 5 mins haha

Fantastic shop! The quality of the natural dog treats is outstanding, they are always getting weird and wonderful stock in, as well as all the regular stuff! My dog loves it all. Really competitive prices and a local business too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the shop. Can't recommend enough!

I was in desperate need of dog muzzles and the staff got them in stock in under a week 🤩 that’s so impressive I was greeted with a smile and it was such a friendly encounter i cannot recommend this shop enough they are the best place to go for any pet supplies and they deliver a great service with great quality products 🌟
