Bad Customer service and not trustable
Information given in store is not reliable. I placed an order for shower door and while placing it they mentioned that it takes max. of 4 weeks. Now they are saying that for these orders in general minimum of 6 week time needed for delivery. They say that person is given wrong information initially and they are not aware that it takes that long. It is a surprise for me, there is no one else from their store placing an order for shower door. I totally lost the trust.
I have to follow up with them about the order through email over and over and there is always no proper response at all. Contacting customer care is another tedious job, no one picks call even after 15 minutes. Terrible service..... Customer is last priority once they get order that's all they need.

Super bad experience since you swipe…
Super bad experience since you swipe you card for payment. Post sale service does not exist there!
Delayed delivery - where you need to pick your order yourself. Excuse is that their delivery company has implemented new IT system and everything is delayed 1-2 weeks.
On the delivery some tiles got damaged. Got promised that they will arrange the replacement directly from the factory.
After a week nobody in Cruquius and Aalsmer was not able to say if the replacement was ordered and were bouncing between each other. After multiple calls was promised that replacement are already ordered and should arrive in about a week (so two weeks since 1st delivery already).
After 3 weeks the tiles were ready for collection but, they sent only half correctly, so we were still missing some tiles. And whole replacement arrangement started again. After, another two weeks replacements were ready for collection, but guess what, some tiles were damaged again!
Whole process took more than 8 weeks!
During the whole time, I was assured by the sales man in Cruquius that the replacements are already on the way, but they were not, Aalsmer staff was not aware about that. So I was lied multiple time straight into my eyes.
If you expect minimum service rethink the visit in Sani-Dump twice.

Nice selection and great service
We have a beautiful bathroom for a very reasonable price. But the biggest plus with this company is the aftersales service. Easy to reach, easy to talk to, so that everything runs smoothly.
We will definitely come back for a next purchase.

Sanidump 'What's in the name'..
The name Sanidump does not what's in the name. They do not dump cheap stuff. They have almost everything you can ask for. Almost any quality brand at low prices Very friendly and helpfull personell. If you want they help you with the design of you're bathroom. I had to change my first pick of choice but that wasn't a problem at all. I bought two complete bathrooms and I'm very satisfied. I can recommend the store in Delft! You ask, they deliver! Guys keep up the good work!!
