Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! And such fast shipping! I ordered a suitcase but it went out of stock and they had to wait for it to be restocked. But after I voiced my concern for the delivery date as I have a flight soon and really needed my suitcase, they did their best to make it come on time! Now it’s being delivered either today or tomorrow which is perfect! They truly have such kind and amazing customer service, and they reply fast too on email and phone! I wish I knew the name of the woman I talked to on the phone (i think it might be Menna) so I could highlight how helpful and kind she was!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Not being able to cancel or request for a refund until after 20 working days from an online shopping site in this day and age is seriously a scam. If there are defects with the items, you’ll need to bring it back to the store, they won’t deal with it either. How this is not a scam I have no idea.

I didnt get the goods

I didnt get the goods. Thay said that dont have at the moment. After asking to refund they said that I can get money back just after 20 days. It looked to me strange and I started to google about them. When found so many bad rewievs decided to contact the bank regarding dispute.

Missing/Delayed delivery

I ordered two beautiful Christmas presents at correct prices, with the promise that they would be delivered before the Holidays.

The first one eventually arrived as planned, but only after numerous back and forths with the Customer Service which at this point was very reactive.

The 2nd one was still in Paris when Christmas came, but I was informed it would definitely come before New Years. This time, Customer Service has been much less available. I was told that the colour I had selected was not available so I chose another one.

Only on Jan 3rd, the order was treated and prepared for delivery. Today, 11 days later I am still waiting and my last two attempts to get some news from Customer Service have been left unanswered.

I have a feeling that I am being a bit generous with the 2 stars, but the first delivery went ok and this second one apparently went out of stock. It can happen, but when it does you would expect more help and communication from customer service.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY: JAN 13,2026
I still have not received my full refund they keep ghosting me and let me quote their so called “manager” so here is her message on Dec 29,2025 after begging for a response for a month “ Dear, I checked with our team and I’m so sorry for this delay.

100% today you will receive it.” then again “ Today you Will receive the outstanding amount” and guess what today Jan 13 i still have not received it. :)))). Then again after spamming her with calls and messages she sends me another text on Jan 6,2026 saying “ Today you Will receive the outstanding amount” I say i didnt receive anything and to this day im waiting for her to answer and refund me :)))).
PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM THEIR INSTAGRAM SEEMS LEGIT THEIR WEBSITE ALSO BUT I PROMISE YOU ITS NOTHING BUT A TOTAL SCAM.

Very poor service and disappointing…

Very poor service and disappointing experience. Before placing the order, I clearly confirmed that the item would be delivered before the 22nd of December and proceeded based on that assurance. The order was delayed, and on 29 December I was contacted by the driver for delivery, which I will refuse as it was already far past the agreed timeframe. If the company was unable to source and deliver the item within the requested period, they should have been transparent before accepting the order. Instead, it seems the focus was on securing the sale rather than providing quality service. This will be my last time dealing with this company, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
