Scammers liars and thieves

I was visiting from Australia spent almost 30,000 AED … these guys are a complete scam. Do not trust them. You’ll end up spending your days chasing up and they will pretend to send tracking numbers. Take more than 24 hours to respond and completely drain. You do not trust them at all. they are liars and thieves.

After reviewing our system, we would like to provide you with a detailed update regarding your order placed on October 6, 2025, which included six items in total.

Two items from Rimowa and Alaïa were successfully delivered to you the following day, on October 7, 2025.

Regarding the remaining two Alaïa items, they were initially out of stock. Once they became available again, we purchased them immediately, and they were shipped on October 18, 2025 and delivered to you.

As for the two Hermès items, we regret to inform you that these were cancelled after seven working days. Although cancellations are typically processed after twenty working days, we proceeded earlier in this case because the items went out of stock across all our suppliers. Please rest assured that the corresponding refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

For your reference, please note that we have contacted you on multiple occasions to provide updates regarding your order:

October 10, 2025 ( Two attempts made via phone call and WhatsApp - no response received )

October 16, 2025 ( Attempts made via phone, WhatsApp, and email - no response received )

October 17, 2025 ( Further attempt made - no response received )

SCAM COMPANY

I placed an order on 8/8/2025 (order 6617) and it was finally cancelled due to unavailability after chasing them for weeks. I didn't receive a refund and i have already sent over 30 emails and called so many times with no use!

This company is a SCAM

Hopefully they will see my review and have some shame and refund me

The worst shopping service company I…

The worst shopping service company I have ever experienced. My order number was 6663
I ordered a shoe from them on 9th August, on 9th September after chasing them for my order they cancelled it and told me they will refund my money within 3-5 business days. Today it’s been 20 days and yet NO refund and I have constantly chased them. Finally today I have filed a complain in dubai consumer department.
PLEASE DO NOT buy from sands! They just take your money and don’t deliver any thing.
I’m hoping my money will come back once the consumer department intervenes or if they have some shame and see this review and return my money.

After purchase review

I would give it a better 2 stars after my last review, for the assistance from the call agent. She was so helpful and I appreciate her work and effort.
I place the order through sands because they offer items I can’t find in the store it self, for me I bought Hermes shoes. They confirmed it is in stock abd after payment and a follow up by me after 7 days they told me it is out of stock! The price is same as the store if not the specific color I choose why would I buy it through Sands? Asked them to refund and they shared the refund policy which is after 22 days, and offered alternative choice (which wasnlt really what I wanted) but because it was a gift I accepted and they delivered it on Monday, where the conversation was on Thursday. The lady from the call center is helpful. But wouldn’t order from sands again.

A message to the Management

Dear Sirs,

I am writing once again—because it seems necessary to repeat myself—to address an issue that has now dragged on far beyond what any reasonable person would consider acceptable.

To recap, I placed my original order on 4 August. When that item was not supplied, I selected an alternative product on 8 August. It is now 26 August. That’s 22 days since the original order and 18 days since I provided a clear alternative. And yet, I still have neither the product nor a refund.

Let me be absolutely clear: this ongoing delay is unacceptable, and the lack of communication and resolution reflects poorly on your organisation’s reliability and customer service.

At this point, please kindly action one of the following—without further excuse or delay:

A full and immediate refund, or
Delivery of the alternative product I selected on 8 August, either at the originally agreed price or at a price matched to 5900 AED, inclusive of all taxes and charges.

You’ve had more than enough time to resolve this.

I bought a bag from the online shop

I bought a bag from the online shop, which was then out of stock. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately. Now I've been waiting for my refund for over three months. No customer service at all. Currently, they're not even responding to my emails. Very disappointing.
