Nice concept, but the wait is too long – signed up in April and still haven’t received my sample. Support says it’s ‘processing’ but no real update.

Company went out of business despite having the data of some many people that I am sure they resold to who knows who. Waited months for my first sample box which never shipped and now the company and site are gone.

I never even received my sample box.

I've still been waiting since FEBRUARY for a sample box!! They just keep saying they are having delays every time I write to them. For 5 months... seriously??

They used to be so much better and actually send your samples out. If you don't have enough for people or can't even send them, then why offer anything in the first place?!

I never received my sampler. Very disappointed.

I have joined sampler for a couple months and were able to place two sampling orders but both haven't shipped yet. The first order was placed more than 3 months ago, and the second was about 2 months ago and both of them are still in the "processing" phase. I understand it would take time, but more than 3 months and the order is still in "processing". I don't know will they ever be sent.

I've had several items "processing" since May 6th, it's June 24th!
I deleted my account and said my goodbyes, friends and family hyped it up so much, but over a month for a free sample is horrible. I get samples from other companies regularly, the latest I've ever waited was 2 weeks and that was bc the town they were shipping from had a tornado. I expected better from a highly rated company!
Absolute trash!

Sampler is amazing! No crap no credit cards just take a survey and you get free samples! Absolutely love this website!
