Horrible company
Horrible company! They are super scammy. They say you need 1000 instagram followers. I have 19,000 and they said I didn't have 1000 followers. I contacted them directly and they insulted me directly.

As an influencer, the app feels quite messy and frustrating. Despite having hundreds of thousands of followers, I only see smaller brands offered to me, while big brands like Huda Beauty are nowhere in sight. When I inquired about this, I was told that it was the brands’ decision not to work with me, which seems illogical since some influencers with fewer than 5,000 followers are receiving collaborations.
Additionally, my last collaboration experience was disappointing. I reached out multiple times via email, but my messages went unanswered. There are also specific collaborations that require using certain music due to legal issues, which is confusing. I had to delete my video not once, but twice, resulting in the loss of two credits because of these music requirements tied to brand legalities and FTC guidelines. This situation is not the fault of the influencers; there needs to be more transparency in the campaigns.
It feels like influencers are being lost in the shuffle, and it’s time for the app to make some changes to better support us. I also want to mention that I’m supposed to be receiving paid collaborations, but I never see any options to apply for them. It would be great if the app could improve in these areas to create a more positive experience for influencers.
The website uses AI and bots, it's highly dysfunctional. It worked properly when they didn't use AI. You never get a response for your queries from an actual human.
We’ve been clients of Skeepers for several years, but unfortunately, the experience has taken a disappointing turn. They pulled us into an annual commitment that auto-renews, locking us into $259/month for a service we hardly use or benefit from. Not only that, but said renewal went to a former employee, so there's no way for us to know or manage it. Even after years of being customers with them, they don't seem to care and are trying to renew our service just at a discounted rate!
Here’s why we’re unhappy:
Limited Value: We don’t use many of the features, and the ones we do engage with don’t justify the cost.
Restricted Review Transparency: Customer reviews are often displayed as "anonymous," which feels disingenuous. Additionally, they only consider ratings from the past year, which doesn't give a complete picture.
Glitchy Platform: The app experience is frustrating, with glitches that redirect us to different sites or languages, making it unnecessarily complicated to use.
Poor Customer Support: Their chat option lacks integrated AI for quick resolutions, there’s no live support, and responses from customer service are often delayed.
At $259/month, we expected much better. Sadly, it’s clear that Skeepers is not the right fit for us anymore. Maybe we would have considered returning in the future if business needs changed, but now we're left with such a bitter taste with how they're handling our cancelation request.
I’ve given Skeepers two chances now, and I’m officially done. They claim all you need is 1k followers to be accepted as an influencer, but that’s far from the truth. After waiting FIVE days both times, I was met with a rejection email. The process is frustrating and misleading. If they have stricter requirements, they should be upfront about it instead of wasting people’s time. Definitely not worth the effort.
Scam website no opportunities they try take your information with a phishing link to your email luckily I have vpn and was quick to change my password for my email would not recommend.
Guys stay away from this service!!! They steal your information, my mac was hacked and my email stolen after registering in this application!
Terrible app, what’s the point in having the option to turn notifications on when no one ever gets notified when new products launch? Really poorly run app, invest your money in a better one!
I've been trying to cancel my account with skeepers for weeks and every email address & contact form on their website goes nowhere... the email they have on their site bounces. I have put in a request 3 times over 4 week through my account page and never received a reply.
Does anyone even work here?
They write an email, telling you that you can become a Withings ambassador. As a doctor I have several of their products. You have to send in a video telling about yourself and then get one of their Withings products to try out.
I fell for the scam. There never was a product and I never heard back.
Careful, they are a scam and Withings is involved.
