Dissapointed so far. Ordered not shipped until 5 days after order and got a note to say shipping will take 8 - 20 days! Will now arrive late for a birthday.

Delighted to have discovered Samos. Their bracelets are really good quality and exactly what I’ve been looking for. I needed to go down one size as I over estimated, and changing was very easy, with a really good outcome.

Great communication from Julia and would highly recommend the products and the business, it’s clear they really value and care about their customers.

Ordered an "Alberca" bracelet over a year ago and absolutely love it! I get many compliments from others on how cool it is. I wanted to have a spare so I took advantage of one of their sales and ordered 4 more! I ordered little larger size but found that they were actually too long. I contacted Samos for exchange instructions and Julia was very quick to respond and offer a quick and easy exchange, Very happy with Samos! Will look at their other offerings!

Customer service was outstanding! I had to return a couple of items due to sizing. Samos was super responsive. I was able to return two items and receive replacements with no issues. The rope and bead bracelets are exactly what I expected. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

UPDATE: I am happy to report the item arrived today, much sooner than expected (6 working days total). The delivery speed was actually very good. I've increased my rating to 4 stars for this, but I still feel the company should be more transparent about shipping from East Asia at the point of purchase. The product itself is is of good quality and I am very happy with it, but the marketing remains confusing.

I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding shipping. While Samos Jewelry markets itself as a brand from the South of France, my order was dispatched from China via Yanwen. This was not made clear at checkout; in fact, I only found out after receiving a tracking number with an 8–20 day delivery window.
Had I known this was a drop-shipping style operation from East Asia rather than a European-dispatched order, I would not have purchased. If you are looking for a local or European brand with fast shipping, be aware that this arrives from much further away than their "Our Story" page suggests.

Very poor experience. I ordered a few items for a birthday gift. A few days passed, and no update on the shipment. I contacted them, and they said in your confirmation email, we said the shipment would be on 22 Feb (the order was on 15th). Obviously, if it takes 7 days to send a product, you have to clearly say that before payment, not in the receipt. Anyway, 22 February has passed and still not updated. At this stage, I am thinking about contacting my credit card as the way I see it there is a possiblity that they are not giong to send it at all. Needless to say, the birthday was on 24th and it's already 23rd so, I have to buy something else. Shame.

I ordered five bracelets that were all very well made and great looking. Was impressed with the quality.

Unfortunately I ordered a size too small and had great communications with Samos Customer Service who quickly agreed to send my replacement products for a reasonable shipping fee.

I had an issue with sizing and they were very quick to respond and took care of me immediately. The product itself is high quality and very well made.

I have worn some of the rope bracelets from Samos now for a few years. I never take them off and am a very active person. Not only do they look good, the bracelets have stood up exceptionally to the pool, ocean, gym and everyday life. I only recently had an issue with one of the magnets and contacted Samos for advice on how best to proceed. The customer service and outcome have been outstanding, and it truly makes me feel valued as a customer. It also is a testament and assurance that the quality and standards of their items is backed by the team and what they advertise them to be. I am a very satisfied customer.

Ten days ago placed order. Still not received! Poor show. Never again👎🏻

I recently ordered four bracelets from Samos and they arrived very quickly. I noticed that two of them were a little short and tight so I contacted Julia in customer support and she has been amazing. Quick replies to emails and a perfect resolution for the replacement of the two bracelets. Incredibly helpful, polite and efficient. Five star service, thanks Julia and Samos team!

Awesome bracelets and even better customer service. When I received the bracelets, they were a bit small (I stink at measuring my wrist apparently). I reached out to the team at Samos and they responded right away and are shipping me larger sizes free of charge. All I have to pay for is shipping. Super helpful, super friendly. Would highly recommend!

I ordered three bracelets. They arrived well packaged in a beautiful presentation. Quality is good as well. Unfortunately 2 were too small. The people of Samos were very helpfull to replace these.

Excellent customer service! I had to order some replacement bracelets because they were too small and Julia from Samos was very responsive and made the whole process very easy! They even let me keep the original bracelets!
