Package came and went in the blink of an eye
Imagine ordering something, being at work and seeing a message that your package has been delivered to the Dropbox. You don’t check it assuming that you can pick it up easily later that day or tomorrow just so that when you check it later in the evening to go pick it up, to find out that it was already taken back to the deposit. ON THE SAME DAY. The package was kept there from 6AM to 8:50PM, not even one full day.

1 star is still too high!! This has to be, hands down, THE worst delivery company I have ever seen or heard about! They don't seem to operate in the business of parcels delivery, but rather in delivering psychological terror to their customers. They delay packages (more than 2 weeks), they redirect them to easyboxes without request, they misplace packages (!!!), not to mention that it is impossible to talk to someone from Sameday! The whole thing is a really bad joke! Just run in the other direction..

The worst experience I’ve had was with the courier company Sameday.
Every single time, they lost my parcels. I had to make countless phone calls just to try to find out where my packages were. After almost a month had passed since I placed the order, they even hung up on me during a call.
I am still waiting either for a refund or for the package to be delivered. It is practically impossible to speak to someone by phone, as they provide no information at all.

The parcel is stuck in their local ware house since 20th of December 2025 with no updates.
Customer support - less than 0 - nothing!
They are stealing the parcels and then blame the client for not picking up from easyboxes.

They lost a paid package for me and even after a month they still haven't responded to my email and phone requests. They still haven't resolved the situation to this day.
No customer support, insane wait times
Waiting 10+days for a package to be delivered from 150km is crazy. They avoid contact with you, hang up the phone in your face after waiting for 25+ minutes for a human to pick up, don't respond to emails, and suggest you use their robot "Samy", which straight up lies about the state of your package. I understand that weather conditions may slow down the procedure, but it still doesn't explain why my package is sitting in the local deposit for 6 days now, with no one bothering to deliver it(a small box). They don't take their jobs seriously, and it's clear to see that they don't feel responsible for any of it, and try to get by with "We're doing everything we can", "And we're sorry". Avoid them if you value your time and nerves.

I placed an order with Temu in December, and while it might be late due to the busy schedule, it's now early January, and due to the bad weather, they can't deliver. I have to pick it up myself at a pickup point 15 km away. The bad weather certainly doesn't affect me.
Lost package
I have purchased something via vinted from Romanian seller, and Sameday was the company responsible for handling the package on their side.. unfortunately. The package got marked as unable to be located but with an ongoing investigation going on on December 29 (which was like, 9 days after getting shipped), and there are still no updates yet (it is january 5 for me when I write this review). I tried contacting the company but they did not answer. I do not recommend, and if you're a foreigner wanting to buy on vinted from romanian seller, please rethink it as there's a chance that this is the company doing the delivery
Terribly incompetent
If I had the option to give a minus rating, I would do so. From Romania to Hungary, it took more than 10 days.

Sameday....yeahhhhhh
placed an order on TEMU, which was picked up for delivery by SAMEDAY on December 12, 2025. The package has been stuck in the depot, with evasive communication, and listed as “LPI / investigation” without any clear updates or delivery timeframe.
Although I was reimbursed by TEMU, the conduct of SAMEDAY demonstrates poor consumer service and a lack of respect for customers.
This is not an isolated case — other customers have experienced similar problems. I urge the authorities and consumer protection bodies to investigate SAMEDAY’s practices.

I don't know why vinted keeps using this courier service, some parcels I have ordered never arrived and 'got lost' in the way. Wonder who keeps these lost parcels. Parcels that have arrived are after 2 months.
Bought 2 things on Vinted from Hungary…
Bought 2 things on Vinted from Hungary a month in advance for the holidays. Both of those things were shipped though this 'company' and were lost. Tracking numbers come up as invalid on the website and only show through global trakcing websites. Even then, they appear to be stuck in transit.
If Hungary is one of the foreign countries covered by your local Vinted, DON'T buy from there until they change their official courier. Very unreliable and unhelpful when you reach out.

I have a package that says delivered successfully for about a month but i havent got it neither recieved any calls or messages i tried contacting them via email and phone but they dont respond at all.They are a garbage company overall

Trash company, unreachable for days. If any minor inconvenience happens, you just cannot reach them to solve it in 10 seconds, avoid them AT ALL COSTS
