They don't call before arriving

They don't call before arriving; if I order something at my workplace address they just come and leave it at the security without calling to announce, let alone ask for the pin of the package.

OMG, whatta dump!

OMG, these are the worst on the market! Sent a parcel (mind you, there were notarized documents!), some moron cashier entered the wrong zip code and ended up in some god forsaken dump in ilfov county. Tried to call, emailed them w.zero results. The helpline clerks are certified idiots, never heard a decent explaination, not to mention they' ve done absolutely nothing useful in order to solve the issue they' ve created, trying to blame it on the sender instead!! Thinking of sueing their asses for the horrible experience! Total disgrace, screw this lamey joke for a parcel carrier business!

Absolute Unprofessionalism.

The unprofessionalism regarding to this courier business has to be spoken about and made aware of to customers who are being served from this courier company and to those who are currently facilitating in this business. Objectively, it is inappropriate and extremely unprofessional to lie regarding to one's package first of all. My good friend was supposed to receive their parcel a couple of days ago, was given the number of a specific courier and was told directly on the phone on how they'll deliver it to my friend on the same specific day. However, once my friend made that call the courier lied to them and said how they did not have their parcel with them. Regardless of the amount of places a courier deliverer has to stop by, the main objective of your job is to deliver. If there are problems, it is your responsibility to communicate it to the customer and to not lie. The amount of places you have to deliver parcels to does not justify the lie that was made to my friend who is simply a customer.
To those who are working directly under at the warehouse, as a customer and because you guys are a business. As a business, you guys should rationally consider on providing appropriate hospitality and appropriate customer service. Being vague and dismissive will not get this business anywhere.
Regardless of what those reasons may be, they could've been communicated but to make a customer travel all the way to the warehouse and back because of the miscommunication and due to no communication being made, that is very disappointing.

I can't give any lower

I can't give any lower. The courier apparently works until 15:00. You can't come to an understanding with them even when you suggest to go after them. The headquarter is open until 17:00 from 19:00, so you have to sprint to the city after them. 100% I don't recommend them.

The worst

The worst, most outdated courier. It's like try try to stay on trends, but they somehow always fail. They have copied same-day and got lockers for delivery, however, the parcels only stay 48 hours in the locker. When I have waited a month for a parcel, do you really think I will be available to pick it up in 48 hours? A lot could happen in a month. Also they don't mention that in the message sent with the confirmation. Status changed to returned to sender, I called the next minute and they told me there is nothing I can do to get the order. They're not even trying to help, not sure why they're called customer support, there is no suport whatsoever.
Even when they deliver to the address they always get it wrong. I only had this happening with Fancourier. I live in the suburbs, there is a street with the same name in the city and even tho I write the complete address, somehow they end up delivering in the city. Useless.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever…


Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. There’s always some issue.

On one occasion, I contacted them to ask about the status of my delivery. They assured me it would arrive at my address within a few minutes. However, after receiving no call or update, I followed up—only to be told the package had already been delivered. I explained that I hadn’t received anything. Initially, they insisted it had been delivered, but eventually realized they had confused my apartment with another one in the same building and had completely missed my unit. The package was finally delivered the following day.

Today, I called in advance to ask when I could expect my delivery. I was told it would arrive in just a few minutes. After waiting with no update, I called again—only to be told they had already left because “no one answered the phone.” I checked my call history: no missed calls, no notifications. When I pointed this out, they shrugged it off, claiming they had delivered to others in my building and that my phone appeared to be “off.”

Excuses upon excuses. The lack of accountability is staggering. I strongly advise avoiding this service at all costs.

Lost package

Customer service is not reachable, they don't reply to the email, when you try to call, they don't speak English, they just hung up when you ask something in English.
No update on the website, so you cannot get any information about the shipment. TO AVOID by all means!

The worst courier company

The worst courier company. I have made a couple of orders for around 10 items late November and being of December 2025 until now nothing has been delivered to me once received by Fan courier facility the itema simply disappear. They do not pick the number in their official website or replying back to emails. This is a disaster, just before Christmas I will be left with no Christmas gifts thanks to the worst service of Fan courier.

The absolute worse user experience.

The absolute worst user experience in this entire world, I have a package out for delivery, and I re-directed the package to another dress, just a 8 minute drive away mind you, without any warning, or anything, I had to call their call center to find out if you re-direct packages, the delivery gets postponed FOR THE NEXT DAY.
WHY isn't there a warning saying so? Why do they still prompt you on the SMS link that the delivery still happens on the day? Just the dumbest thing in the world. Is a UI prompt that expensive for a company owning 70% of the courier market in Romania? Call me up guys I'll do it for free.

Incompetent Drivers

Repeatedly the couriers have noted „not deliverable“ or wrong address, when the address was 100% correct and the recipient present and always reachable on the telephone.
They want to rid of there job and drop it for pickup at their office.
No one is reachable or answers to complaints.
The worst courier servive in Romania.

Do not order from any companies that uses FAN Courier!

Ordered from Amazon.de (Amazon Germany) for the first ever time, im a long time Amazon.com (US) customer. Fan Courier told Amazon.de that the package was delivered but it never arrived. When I told this to Amazon.de they decided to believe Fan Courier and said I was lying and did recieve the package. After attempting to resolve this issue Amazon.de decided to close all my accounts including the Amazon.com (US) account. I've been trying to resolve this issue via email and phone calls but they just won't believe that the package never came cause FAN Courier said they delivered it. What a horrible comapny, I am banned from Amazon shops because of FAN Courier! I will never order anything ever again that uses FAN Courier. Shame on them. They are scammers.

Fan Courier is by far the worst…

Fan Courier is by far the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. Once your parcel enters their Bucharest warehouse, it simply disappears into a black hole – mine has been sitting there with no movement for over two weeks.
The tracking is useless, customer service is non-existent: they promise to call or email you back and then vanish like ghosts. Zero communication, zero responsibility.
I honestly don’t understand why Amazon still uses them for Bulgaria. Why Kindle could not be shipped with the option of DHL delivery? Terrible service, terrible company – avoid at all costs.

Good deliveries any time.

Compared to other in-land companies in Romania, is by far the most professional one. It may differ from one location to another, but my review is for the one in Iasi. Really-oiled up machine, working around the clock to deliver the stuff. They might not have a smile at 21:00 in the evening but they sure do deliver! Heavy stuff!
