Terrible quality- terrible customer service

I Bought my second full-price jacket from SAM NY (well over $600), and within just a couple of months, a snap button literally fell off while I was wearing it, no snag, no abuse, it just detached and I found it missing later. As a retail shop owner myself, I expect high-end brands to back their products with at least a basic warranty or include spare hardware. Nope—SAM NY gives you only 30 days, then washes their hands.
They offered to sell me a replacement button for $45. FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS for what costs $5 for a pack of 20 online (wrong size available, of course). This isn’t customer service; it’s profiting off defective manufacturing and poor QC.
I shouldn’t have to inspect every snap on a brand-new luxury coat to catch manufacturing flaws. They clearly don’t value repeat business—I’m done as a customer, and I’ll make sure others know: terrible warranty, outrageous repair charges, and zero accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Scam

They send me a promo code for 10%. I placed an order. The order went through but then got cancelled by their website. I tried to place the order again, but the code wasn't working. I reached out to support and they bluntly refused to honor the code or send me a new one
