I ordered 180 caviar plates from…

I ordered 180 caviar plates from Saltist after receiving a sample which came with a branded bag. An email from the company referred to ‘the bags the plates come in.’ The bulk order arrived without bags and the company has not responded to multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I am in the process of submitting a complaint report with the Consumers Affairs Victoria. Totally unprofessional, never again.

Terrible quality & communicatiom

I’m really disappointed with my experience. The communication was poor and the products appear to be cheaply made. From what I can see, all of their products seem to be sourced from third-party wholesale marketplaces such as Alibaba or DHgate and then significantly marked up ($3 vs $75 conch flutes).
I also paid for express shipping, yet my order still took months to arrive, which was frustrating and misleading.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If you are comfortable with wholesale-level quality, you may be better off buying directly from the source at a lower cost and with more realistic delivery expectations.

The absolute WORST customer service…

The absolute WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Packaging is nothng like their website and when reaching out for support recieved an almost zero care factor. Missed part of my order and perishable items arrived expired. Paid for express post and still took several weeks - cups packaging clearly looked like they've ordered it from Temu then re-sent under their brand.

I tried to get in contact with them via email and Facebook messenger for WEEKS with no response. It wasn't until I started publicly posing that I got a response of "we will refund the expired food only". Express post took almost 5 weeks and I missed this as a Christmas gift for someone. Their customer service responses so were sarcastic and rude.

Slow customer service , unavailable items

I ordered an item express, I waited four days and still hadn't received any shipping confirmation so I reached out, no response.
After this I received an email from them saying one of the items I ordered (The main item), was not available, and they'd processed a refund. They said the remainder of my order would ship on Monday. Come Monday, order hasn't shipped and it's been 7 days since placing it, no direct response to my emails and I am now trying to cancel the remainder of the order as it won't arrive in time. Not quite sure whether it's a scam website at this point but if it's not the customer service is very slow, very disappointing considering their posting on their instagram every day, apparently they have time for that!

Don’t buy from this site

Ordered a 30th gift $270 ordered in September, on the 9th of October got a email saying label created. Kept checking when it would arrive it never moved from label created. Sent emails after emails for a week no response !! Went on their insta to send a message but they have blocked messages!! Saw multiple people have been commenting on there post saying the same thing with them not responding! Terrible customer service take ur money but do not send product. Do not order from this site been over a month since I did an order . But they keep posting on their page like a day ago etc but won’t respond. I’ve had to put a dispute on my bank card . Hopfully the bank can get my money back so I can re buy another gift or give back the money to people who put in for the gift .

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. It said my item would be shipped between 2-7 days which it wasn’t but regardless I emailed them to add to my order anyway but received a generated email saying they’d get back to me within 2 days. Those 2 days passed and still no reply. I commented on their social media posts and found someone else was having the same issues. I sent another email, still no reply yet they kept posting photos daily on social media but ignoring their customers, my package then just turned up with some chips and scratches on the gold glasss but still I never recieved any reply’s or apologies at all. Just the fact of having time to post on social media but not reply to customers leaves a sour taste in my mouth and sadly I wouldn’t want to support the business again despite originally really wanting to buy more products. They obviously don’t care for their actual customers at all
