It came from China

As this is military gear, its a good job I didn't need it for a war, it would have been over by the time the kit arrived.
I bought from this site under the impression I was supporting a local Australian business and getting the service that comes with "top Aussie dollar" prices. Instead, I found myself paying a massive "middleman tax" for gear that was clearly sourced from overseas and dropshipped. Paying a huge markup for someone else to click "order" on a foreign website.
If I wanted to wait ages for gear to arrive from an international warehouse, I could have gone to AliExpress or eBay myself and saved a fortune.
It took over 3 weeks to arrive. I was under the impression they actually hold their own inventory in Australia.

Thanks for the feedback — and I’m sorry the delivery timeframe didn’t meet expectations.

JustGoodKit is an Australian veteran-owned small business, and I personally handle customer support. We do source some products from overseas when there isn’t a suitable Australian supplier option available for that specific item. That said, we should always be clearer up front about the dispatch origin and realistic delivery timeframes, because a 3+ week wait is frustrating — especially when you were expecting locally held stock.

Shipping time is ultimately handled by the carrier and the supplier, but it’s still on us to set the right expectations before purchase.

I also reached out directly after your order to help correct the purchase so it would better meet your needs, and I’m still happy to work with you to find a fair outcome.

If you’re open to it, please contact me directly (or reply to my message) with your order number, and I’ll sort this with you promptly.
