Great service and options. Ordering lenses was simple and quick. As soon as the lenses were created shipping was prompt and the communication about them was on point. There are numerous color and style options to choose from.

All is good. I have ordered Rx glasses and Rx sunglasses from them several times now. I would like it if they could improve on providing a more exact time for delivery.

I ordered Oakley prescription glasses and additional lenses ($400+ order) over a month ago and I am still waiting on a shipment date. Their website says orders are filled in 10 days, that never happened for me. I ordered well in advance of the time that I really needed them, thinking I would have them in time. They have gave me several excuses that Oakley is behind in orders. They got paid the next day after I placed the order and I am without glasses. I will never order from them again, lesson learned.

So far it's been over a month and my glasses are still "in the lab being processed" and I'm already being sent a link to review and rate them...

Tremendous customer service over the phone. I was patiently walked through the lens purchase options, then walked through insurance coverage and payment with HSA card. I was kept up to date on progress via email updates. So very pleased. Thank you!

I only get my lens from Salt City Optics. Awesome service, selection and expert recommendations. I have got 5 pairs of lens installed to date and will only use them.

Glasses are perfect. Have been an Oakley prescription guy forever. Now have WileyX prescriptions.

I ordered prescription sunglasses almost 3 weeks ago and they still don’t seem to be even in third stage before they’re supposed to be shipped. No status has been provided by Salt City other than when I called them more than a week ago.

Excellent, consistently friendly and helpful customer service throughout the whole process!! Great product selection and pricing!

My expierience has been lacluster at best.
1.For starters i was call the day after my order processed and was told the lenses I want couldn't be put in the frames, so had to go with another.
2. Was told it would take a week to 10 day to receive my glasses that was on Feb. 14th 2018
Today is March 6th and not only do I not have my glasses I haven't heard from anyone regarding them I had to call a week ago just to see if I was being scammed or not. You know $500 for sunglasses isn't cheap
So all in all these had better be some amazing Oakley sunglasses for the wait and I'll never use salt city again for anything I just hope my glasses even show up after this review

Had to follow up with progress on on my order on my own. quality of glass ok not great.

I randomly came across Salt City Optics when I was researching sunglasses for golf. Steve had a well written informative article that let me know I had the right guy for my questions. Steve's response time is also second to none, regardless of time of day. I could not be happier with the service and product quality. I live in California but Salt City Optics is my only choice for Rx lenses.
