Ordered Bergamot and Hinoki body mist on March 23rd and still waiting for my order. Have contacted them via email and been told it'll be shipped in April. Sent follow up email recently have no response literally been ignored....absolutely disgrace and disgusting 😑 at this point just want refund and done with it.
Additionally have tried their set of deodorants in the past absolutely not worth the hype, doesn't last long at all you are lucky if it's been there at least an hour.....absolutely rubbish dont recommend to anyone ...awful experience definitely regret even falling in to this crap.

Does not live up to any of the claims, overhyped advertising. Bought the candle which smells initially and then is much lighter on subsequent burns. The candle burn time is very quick compared to comparatively priced brands. Also bought the four travel deodorants, the smell doesn’t last and the deodorant is not effective so would not use it again, particularly when travelling.

Ordered the Santel & Velviter body wash & body lotion. There is no smell at all!!! Could be just washing up liquid. Superdrug body treatments smell better.
Very disappointing. Advertising use people gushing about the smell but there is NO PERFUME AT ALL.

They must be focusing on advertising more than anything else- the hype over the deodorant is all made up. Smells great when you apply it, but neither you smell it after (sweating or not) and neither it does protect/reduce the sweating/smell. Same affect as if you havr nothing on.

I placed an order on 29th of February and there has been no updates of shipment to this date (21st march). What i ordered at the time was shown as in stock. When I emailed the company 2 weeks ago they said the shipment was going to be that week, which obviously did not happen. I have serious doubts about this company. They are yet to fulfil my order, and i am not trusting they will. I feel i will need to raise a fraud case with my bank. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them. I previously bought their hand cream via amazon- and the scent is not nearly as amazing as they promote it to be, nor is it lasting.

Edit: They have refunded me without any pushback and they were understanding and apologetic when I asked to cancel the order.

I was so excited about these deodorants as they are natural, smell was meant to be nice and they also look good, nice little bonus.
However - I was thoroughly disappointed.
The performance of the deodorants were appalling.
They do not work and you end up smelling of BO almost immediately which I have never ever experienced before unless I’ve used another natural product again. They sadly don’t seemed to have figured it out.
Also, I found them to be quite scratchy on application and also left marks on my clothes which didn’t come out in the wash.

Don’t be fooled by the marketing.

I didn’t like the smell of the product. I was going to throw it away but then I gave it to someone who was less fortunate than me. I contacted the company and they offered to exchange the product but I was not interested because that was inconvenient. I also thought they were rude to me.

A delighted customer. The body wash and deodorant arrived quickly. Really impressed with the quality of both and the packaging. I had a slight issue with the pump on the gel. Customer services responded really quickly, initially offering helpful instructions and then sending a replacement pump and even a new body wash as an apology. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Apart from a good smell the product wasn’t doing its job at all. Surelly not worth spending so much money.
The service - very dissapointing, not only was there a missing item but the delivery time took ages.

Just like many out there trying to transition from standard off the shelf deodorants to natural deodorants and stumbled across Salt & Stone.

I spent around £70 on my first order which in itself was a mistake. I should have got a sample tested it out and made a decision based of that. Anyways, tried 2 scents in the big bottles and 2 sensitive small bottle scents.

My experiences are as follows:

1) big bottles are wax based, people talk about how lovely they smell but apart from smelling the actual bottle the scent never translated onto my skin. All I ever smelt was a terrible wax smell. This also stained all my clothing after numerous washes from cold to warm it was an extremely terrible experience. Performance was terrible I couldn’t get through half a day without smelling of BO. Prior to making the switch I have never ever had experiences of smelling bad even after a gym sesh, football sesh etc.

Everything above applies to the sensitive deodorants line they have. The sensitive ones are not wax based but gel based and they in fact have an even worse performance than the wax ones. Atleast these don’t stain your clothing which is the only positive I can add.

For the price you pay, I strongly urge people to acc check trust pilot before making a decision. There are much better alternatives out there then salt & stone. I learnt my lesson the hard way.

The smell of the black rose and oud deodorant is awful. It smells like cat pee and weeds. Don't get any hint or smell of oud, which is primarily why I bought this deodorant as it's one of my favourite scents or any rose scent either. It definitely doesn't protect for 48 hours either. Not even 24 hours.

Ive been using the deodorant for a couple of years - recently tried the body wash, lotion and hand cream and can't live without them all. My body took a couple of weeks to get used to switching to a natural deodorant but it really helps to mask odour and i love all the scent options. The body wash and lotion are the best i've ever used. A little goes a long way, its a luxury spa experience i can enjoy every day.

The best smelling deodorant I’ve ever used, plus it really worked for me! I always had a hard time finding a natural deodorant that works all day or would stop working for me after a couple months. This is the only deodorant I’ve used for a couple years now! I’ve tried every scent and love them all. Bergamot & hinoki is my favorite.

I was really disappointed when I received this product. I’ve been looking to buy a natural deodorant for a while and finally took the plunge with this (expensive) product after seeing an Instagram post about ‘how amazing it smells’. Ordered the Santal & Vetiver - it has the faintest smell of… it’s hard to describe as it’s so incredibly faint I’m not even sure if I’m just imagining it. It also made my underarms burn a little when I first put it on, when worn you literally can’t smell a thing. False advertising at its most extreme, and a complete rip off - don’t waste your money.

There is no 0 so the 1 is the only one I can put to this REALLY BAD PRODUCT.

They tricked people to buy and its all a lie.
The good thing it's that my daughter is a solicitor and she will chase them for false advertisement.The product is BAD don't waste your money.

I wish I had read this first. If I could give less than one star I would! I stupidly got sucked into the insta hype, and bought two at £20 each. I am not kidding, they actually made me smell worse, it was awful, made my clothes smell musty. This is just such a scam, please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I saw many ads/promos on Instagram, saying the deodorants smelled amazing and had a beautiful fragrance. Apparently people complimented them on how good they smelled after a work out. But this product does not smell that great, and the fragrance is really, really subtle. I actually can’t smell it at all. It does not live up to the hype, I’m afraid.

Still waiting for my order 3 weeks no response from customer services
Will be raising a fraud case via my bank to recover funds.
Beware before ordering!!

Never received an email confirmation or the deodorant. They took my money alright though.
