I placed and paid for my order 8 days ago. The order was shipped on the same day. However, there is still no tracking available on the carrier’s website. The company uses Yodel. Be warned. I will never use salontotal again.

You should not be sending me a used clipper the box was opened and tampered with, you have not emailed me, the clipper had hair on the blade I will get my money from Amazon I will post you on my social media what a bad experience. I am very unhappy with your service

Online, salontotal's website states order before 10pm and it is shipped. Being shipped and arriving are 2 very separate things apparently. It is very misleading. As soon as I find another provider for what I need, I will be taking my business there. Apologising for the delay doesn't mean anything. This is, unfortunately, the second time in a row this delay has happened. This company uses yodel for delivery. yodel is a useless delivery company. I received an email that they have my package 3 days ago and it STILL hasn't been delivered. Just pure insanity! Also, the item I ordered is over priced by every standard. UPDATE: My parcel was FINALLY delivered on 20/7/2025...not my idea of quick service.

Probably should have taken notice of the reviews! Ordered an item that clearly says dispatched same day if ordered before a certain time. Next day got dispatch email. Yodel app says still waiting for item five days on from order. Why say dispatching if you’re only going to print the label triggering tracking but dont actually do it. Not impressed. Won’t rush to use again. Let’s hope it actually turns up.
