I disliked how I was given an incorrect…
I disliked how I was given an incorrect quote on my policy. I very nearly ended up paying more than I actually needed to, good job I went back over it and
Was able to rectify the mistake.
I like how simple it was to navigate my way around after a set of instructions by the chat bot which was more helpful than the live operator who quoted me incorrectly.

Very quick and easy to navigate through the relevant questions. Also very quick payment section.
Within less than a minute I had proof of payment, then a couple of minutes later I had my confirmation of cover.
