Sakura Mobile provided continuous and dependable pocket WiFi service throughout our recent 2-week trip to Japan! The spare battery provided to us lasted at least 16 hours of service per day. Each of the four of us in my family had one, so we could communicate while we traveled independently. It was easy to [ick up[ at Haneda airport right after customs and to return via the prepaid shipping envelopes. We simply packed them and slid them into one of the ref Post boxes in Tokyo.

Setting up a new SIM card and router is a very complicated task for someone like me. The staff explains things very clearly and patiently. They have also been very flexible regarding my situation, which gives me great peace of mind.

It’s so easy to rent WiFi for a few months with them being a foreigner in Japan. In less than an hour I came back home with the device. They were really helpful and kind.

The whole process is really smooth. I choose to pick up my sim in their office. The staff is professional and friendly. It is so hard to get a mobile phone in Japan for long term purpose when you do not have the residential card. Sakura Mobile does help a lot. Thank you.

We are a family of 4 adults. We wanted a 5G unlimited data package in an eSim for a 21 day period. We had a mix of Android and Apple phones. Yuko and Ken were able to quickly confirm all 4 phones were unlocked and quickly had everything installed and confirmed working.
Yuko and Ken were experts in their field. We were really happy with the excellent service and will recommend to our friends travelling to Japan.

I joined Sakura mobile quite a number of years ago now, basically as the communication can be done in English. I have not had any issues. Recently I updated my phone and needed to contact them to change from a SIM card to an esim. Their response was quick, helpful and I was able to get it all done within about 1.5 days. It might have been quicker if I did not initially contact them of an evening. Directions were clear, very happy it is up and running. I pay monthly by a direct debit my monthly bill is all in English.

The convenience of having a pocket wi fi was extremely useful. We traveled through central Japan and had no issues. The usage went smoothly throughout my whole trip. I encourage everyone to use this product!!

The Service is very well organized and personnel speak English. The connectivity is fast and reliable, price competitive. All in all great service.

There was a technical issue during the starting process and their support team was quick, clear and efficient on solving it. I loved how fast they reacted!

The service itself is good and the customer support is always super quick to respond and very polite. I've used them for almost 2 years now with few complaints. Only marking it down to 4 stars because it's definitely more expensive than any other service. If you need English customer service, I'd definitely recommend it over any other providers.

I've been using the Sakuramobile eSIM for eight months now and I'm very satisfied. So far I've never had any problems and everything has worked flawlessly. When I changed my mobile phone, the support team helped me a lot with the smooth transfer of my eSIM.

My concerns were taken seriously and instead of reacting defensively they took responsibility to help me fix the issue. After the first exchange a new person took over, probably someone with more of a specialty in the specific problem (or maybe just a shift change, not sure haha). The replies were relatively swift and helpful, giving me a concise list of actionable options to try, and after a long back and forth it was solved within the day.

Sakura Mobile has great technical support, they answer questions rather quickly (every email I sent them was replied to in a max of 2 hours). They also have great coverage and check for device compatibility, which is good because I bought my phone overseas. The SIM card I purchased was delivered on the exact date and time I chose, brought directly to my doorstep. The whole process was very simple. Definitely recommend for foreigners who want good English language support.

We were a Latinamerican group in Fukuoka. One of us discover the Sakura Mobile stand and this person told us about the prices and characteristics. We were several buying the services of Sakura mobile. I got communicated around the world, and they even provide an adaptator for an old model tablet I easily gave it back at Narita´s airport. Good service and excelent support!

Initially we hand some trouble getting the card installed, but could resolve the problem without hotline. Once done everything is running very smoothly with excellent coverage everywhere we have been so far.

Data-only SIM with unlimited interent plan is convenient and works perfectly but it's a bit pricey. But if you want a phone number to it - the dough will crack. But the support was great and i was able to pay in cash. Thank you, tho.

I would highly recommend Sakura Mobile for a phone eSIM and Home Fiber Internet as well.
1. It is reliable - I did not have any problems with my eSIM whatsoever. The Fiber installation was done according to schedule and very fast.
2. It is flexible - I had to change the installation schedule several times due to my flight delays.
3. And best of all, their customer support is on the highest level - always responds on time and provides detailed explanations in perfect English.
