Unable to give a zero...

Unable to give a zero - which is all they've sadly earned so far. I purchased and paid (via PayPal). The money was taken on 24th January, but I've had no acknowledgement or update regarding my order (it is now 6th February).
The 'tracking' link is a fake - and just a dead end. Now I have to raise the issue with PayPal. I will never again trust an advert from Instagram, Facebook, et al.
UPDATE: Finally received - Item appears Ok.
*Apologies to the company I'd thought managed the purchase and delivery. I can't find the correct offender, so will hopefully manage to delete the linked review.

Do not buy this under any circumstances

These reviews are correct, do not buy this camera under any circumstances. From ordering yet to operating it, it’s a complete fail.

In my case, I ordered this camera online before seeing the negative reviews. 10 minutes after ordering, I canceled the order and expected a full refund because that was listed in the offering. I did not get a response for a few days until I reached out on both, Instagram and Facebook messenger. Only then was customer service responsive. However, they told me they could not stop the order and that they would credit me for half of the purchase. I informed them that this was unacceptable because that’s not what was stated on the offering. They then said I could ship it back as long as I paid for shipping and I would get credited. I informed them this also was not acceptable.

They finally credited the entire amount back to my credit card after the camera had arrived. I attempted to use the camera and found like many people that the battery would not hold a charge for more than three minutes. It is also extremely difficult to use and the instructions are useless. This is a complete waste of money and time. Period.

Is it a Fake company?

At the moment I have paid for a solar light been over a week absolutely no confirmation or response to my emails, I m thinking £25 down the pan,if I had to read trustpilot reviews I wouldn't have ordered, I complained to PayPal giving the same information and surprise the light appeared approximately five days later,the only contact from saker is today 23/2/2026 through trustpilot the parcel was poorly packed so from my experience I doubt I would use them again

Gaming device stopped working within 10 mins of plugging in

Bought my son the retro gaming system for xmas it took over a month to arrive and worked for 5 minutes and now will no longer turn on. £50 and not even been able to play. Have emailed twice but no reply. Awful

Buyer beware.

Their customer service is completely non responsive. December 2025, I ordered an embroidery kit, wanting to learn how to do some additional embroidery stitches. Thought this would be a good way to do this a it was advertised as a sampler book. The product took a long time to arrive When the kid arrived. There was no embroidery floss. It was all spools of thread. the “book“ that was supposed to be included showing how to do. The stitches was a bunch of loose sheets of stamped fabric and had no instructions whatsoever on how to do the stitches just stamped with the different stitches. when I contacted the company to ask about returning the product because it was not as advertised, I never received a response. It’s now more than 30 days later and while it wasn’t a complete waste of my money because I did get a few things like needles and a threader but certainly not worth $39. Buyer beware. The company advertise extensively in pop up advertising through game apps.

At first look

So, I reserve the right to update my experience, but for now. It did take over a month from China, which was not expected. Also, it is much smaller than the video's.
I haven't installed in my vehicle yet, but the video looks decent at best. A little disappointed at the claim that it doesn't need to be plugged in and the battery will last a month. Maybe while it's turned off. Full battery and it lasted about 10 minutes.

It arrived and I was expecting a big…

It arrived and I was expecting a big box but received a tiny box, once opened it was lightweight and plastic that came out… definitely not what I expected. It looks very cheap. def would not have paid £90 which was its original price. I bought it as it was half price and looking at it I still think I was ripped off. Do not buy.

I only gave a one star because I couldn’t give a zero star!
I ordered the scissors for a Christmas present. They never came. I received an email stating the were delivered but I’m home every day and have motion cameras that record and they never came.
I was charged and it did not come for Christmas and still has not came.

People need to be aware that this is a very bad company! Their is no human to contact, they DO NOT honor their stated 90 day refund policy. I bought 2 stitch book that are just loose pages and want to make a return. They do not respond.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I ordered the rechargeable chirping and flying bird. After 4 weeks I get a damaged bird without charger that doesn’t fly nor chirps in a plastic bag which was NOT what I ordered. Have written their “customer service” but no response. Their comment on “90 day money back guarantee “ is a crock of 💩. These guys are thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst company. Do not order from them they are a fraud, scam, complete crap company. They are theievs!!! Took my money, absolutely no communication from the company. Ghosted by CUSTOMER SERVICE…..

I ordered a set of electrical outlet extenders. I was overcharged, wanted to return them and was offered a 50% discount but declined and said I still wanted to return the items and was told it would cost me more to return then to keep with the discount.
I then responded that I would accept the 50% discount and included a copy of their email with the offer, and was ghosted from then on out.

WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Very poor customer service from Sakerplus. I received faulty goods and attempted to resolve the issue by email, but my complaints were completely ignored. Despite presenting itself as a UK-based company, the purchase was shipped from China, which was not made clear at the time of ordering. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company.
