Customer Support is non existent

Customer Support is non existent. Tried this service and submitted the registration forms but they only have an AI Bot that reviews. They asked for more information to verify the account but have NO WAY TO SUBMIT IT. The AI bot just creates a ticket and they don't respond to those, tried to call in and they have ZERO phone support. I would avoid this product and company because they don't care enough to have actual help for their poorly made products. I was able to find a better more communicative service and will be filing a chargeback since this company makes you pay upfront before not helping you.

Very poor customer support

Customer support has been poor from the start, making Sakari a difficult platform to rely on. We’ve faced ongoing issues with sender ID approvals and message delivery, even when IDs show as active in the system.

Support is inconsistent, especially during European working hours, and that’s made it hard to manage time-sensitive campaigns. On top of that, the pricing structure isn’t transparent, which makes it difficult to forecast costs.

We're losing momentum on key projects because of these issues. While the platform has potential, the lack of reliability, unclear billing, and weak support make it hard to recommend at this stage.

2005-era solution

This feels old and lacks basic features that you'd see in something from 2023.

For example, you can't find a history of messages sent. Similar to how Zapier makes "Zap history" a primary function of their software, this tool should have this at least available.
