Travel money was closed when I arrived…
Travel money was closed when I arrived at 3:30 there was a hand written sign saying closed till 4:00 placed in a not very easy to spot place. Given that your website says they office may close during the day the signage should be more professional.
I have no complaints about the staff who was very courteous and handled the transaction very efficiently

I have used Sainsburys Travel money…
I have used Sainsburys Travel money exchange for many years. Always reliable, good exchange rate for purchasing euros, and super quick service. Staff are also very friendly and efficient. Maybe let customers know that you're now charging 25p for an envelope to put the money in. So they know to bring their own envelope with them.

Contrasted with a dreadful experience earlier at a major high street bank where I was kept waiting for 20 minutes as the only cashier was tied up with another customer.
