I purchased boots from this website on…

I purchased boots from this website on March 25th, 2026, and returned them on March 31st, 2026. It has been two weeks since the return, and I still have not received my refund. I have tried to contact the company multiple times via their contact form, but I have received no response at all.
This is completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be careful when shopping here. I am now forced to start a chargeback process with my bank.
